This article may contain spoilers for Genshin Impact Version 4.7

A Genshin Impact leak hints at Dainsleif's involvement in the version 4.7 story, claiming the character will have his own interlude quest. Although version 4.7 of Genshin Impact is months away, some important details about the update have already leaked. As mentioned by credible leakers, Sigewinne and Clorinde will debut in the upcoming update, which is set to be released in early June.

Some recent Genshin Impact leaks are centered around Dainsleif, a mysterious character players encounter during a world quest. The knight captain hails from the Khaenri'ah region, which was destroyed by god-like beings. According to the story, Khaenri'ah was independent of the god's will and was highly advanced in science. However, after this great nation fell in the Cataclysm event, its people were transformed into Abyss creatures. Dainsleif, who was a commander in the Cataclysm event, failed to protect his home from Genshin Impact's Heavenly Principles.

As per a Genshin Impact leak from Fy Leaks, Dainsleif will be brutally defeated by Aether and Lumine, the villain protagonists of the story. This leak raises questions about whether the Traveler will get into the fight between the Abyss siblings and the former protector of Khaenri'ah, which will likely take place during an interlude quest in version 4.7. It's safe to assume that after Genshin Impact's Dainsleif gets beaten up by Aether and Lumine, he won't appear in the story again for a long time.

Genshin Impact Version 4.7 May Reveal Dainsleif's True Story

The upcoming interlude quest may reveal details about Genshin Impact's Khaenri'ah, which was once the most advanced nation in Teyvat. It may also give information about what Dainsleif was doing during his long absence. For the unaware, the character hasn't appeared in a quest or event since version 3.5.

There aren't many details about Dainsleif yet, but he is believed to be an immortal like the Archons. During a conversation in the Bough Keeper quest, the character claims to know the history of Genshin Impact's Teyvat very well. It's being speculated that Dainsleif will be a five-star unit and make his introduction in the final chapter of the story. There is a likelihood that he will be added to the game with the Khaenri'ah region.

Aside from an interlude quest dedicated to Dainsleif, Genshin Impact version 4.7 will add a new endgame mode, where players will test their respective teams. According to leaks, this permanent mode will have a total of eight floors filled with formidable enemies. Genshin Impact players will reportedly earn 600 Primogems by completing these floors.
