Genshin Impact players finally narrow down the Primogem count for Version 4.7, revealing that the update adds up to a lot more Intertwined Fates than was initially expected. Though open world exploration in Genshin Impact is one of its biggest strengths, the main appeal for most players has always been its colorful cast of characters. This ever-growing roster has added plenty of fan favorites in Fontaine, such as Furina, Neuvillette, and Arlecchino. However, Version 4.7 is expected to have a star-studded cast on the Event Banners, which will demand a hefty sum of Primogems from a majority of Genshin Impact players.

Those who skipped Arlecchino and Lyney in Version 4.6 should have about 74 Intertwined Fates saved up, and with a similar amount coming in Version 4.7, they should have enough Primogems to guarantee one Genshin Impact character of their choice from the Event Banners. The current line-up for Version 4.7 is scheduled to be Clorinde and Alhaitham in the first half, with Sigewinne and Furina headlining the second half. Clorinde is expected to be a powerful hypercarry for Aggravate teams, while Alhaitham needs little introduction at this point.

While the character reruns leaked for Genshin Impact’s next update are both great characters to have, they may not be what fans are hoping for.

The estimated Primogem count for Version 4.7 was shared by IcyPalpitation4553 on the Genshin Impact Leaks subreddit, and it confirms that the upcoming patch will be unusually generous to all Genshin Impact players. With Welkin Moon and Battle Pass, players will once again be able to reach over 100 pulls, and the key reason for this is the release of the Imaginarium Theater to Genshin Impact. More precisely, the Imaginarium Theater will award players a hefty sum of Primogems for their first time clear.

Genshin Impact: Estimated Primogem Count for Version 4.7

As seen on the chart, 2340 Primogems is nothing to scoff at, and should help players in securing funds for the upcoming Natlan characters in Genshin Impact. However, before Version 5.0 debuts in August 2024, there are a few heavy hitters coming to the Event Banners. Furina will almost certainly draw ample interest in the second half of Version 4.7, but the characters involved in Version 4.8 strongly imply that Navia and Nilou will also feature on the Event Banners before Fontaine is done.

Given that Version 4.8 is releasing a temporary Summer Event zone, its Primogem count should be on the higher end as well. Version 5.0 is also expected to have a hefty Primogem count due to launching a whole new region, which should keep players stocked up for the eventual debut of the Pyro Archon in Genshin Impact, whose Event Banner is assumed for Version 5.2.
