Though the Event Banners for Version 4.7 were known ahead of time, a recent Genshin Impact leak pinpoints the exact banner order for the upcoming patch. Whereas Version 4.6 has Arlecchino as its sole star, making her debut as both a playable character and a boss encounter, Genshin Impact is set to introduce three newcomers to the roster in Version 4.7. Clorinde and Sigewinne will be the 5-Stars of the upcoming update, while Sethos will feature as another 4-Star hypercarry in the vein of Gaming and Freminet.

There will be no new map expansion for Genshin Impact until the launch of Natlan, as Version 4.8 is expected to feature a temporary zone dedicated to the update's Flagship Event. That being said, Genshin Impact is adding a new evergreen form of content to the game in Version 4.7 with the launch of the Imaginarium Theater, which is meant to be an alternative to the Spiral Abyss, and will offer unique rewards for players to collect beyond Primogems.

Genshin Impact 4.6: Phase 2 Four-star Banner Characters Confirmed

Genshin Impact reveals which four-star characters will appear alongside Wanderer and Baizhu on the Phase 2 limited banner for Version 4.6.

However, for Genshin Impact players interested in the Event Banners, Dimbreath has confirmed the banner order for all four 5-Stars that will feature in Version 4.7. Clorinde and Alhaitham will make their appearance during the first half of the patch alongside an incredibly stacked Weapon Banner. On the other hand, Furina in Genshin Impact will have her first re-run alongside Sigewinne, who possesses a somewhat niche Signature Weapon.

Apart from Sethos, the 4-Star banner characters remain unknown for Version 4.7. However, there are a few likely options that HoYoverse could go with. Kaveh has been notoriously absent as a featured 4-Star character in Genshin Impact, as his last appearance on the Event Banners was on May 2, 2023. Furthermore, Chevreuse was expected to feature in Version 4.6 due to being Alrecchino's best support for Overload teams.

As for Version 4.8, the latest rumors point towards no new playable character until the launch of Natlan in Genshin Impact. Given that the Chronicled Banner from Version 4.5 isn't expected to return soon, fans are speculating that characters like Wriothesley, Navia, Shenhe, and Nilou will feature in the final patch of Fontaine. Though Genshin Impact will have its Special Program announcement on May 24, 2024, Version 4.7 is scheduled to launch on June 5, 2024. On the other hand, Natlan is expected to open its borders to the Traveler in August 2024.
