When Inazuma was first released in Genshin Impact 2.0, the region comes with three areas; Narukami, Yashiori, and Kannazuka Island. To the north of Narukami, there's a subarea called Jinren Island. To access this boss, Travelers can either explore the underwater area of Araumi or use the portal in Jinren Island. Obviously, the second method is much faster than the first, especially since the former is linked to a World Quest. How To Beat The Perpetual Mechanical Array In Genshin Impact
Like typical Hypostasis bosses, to beat the Perpetual Mechanical Array in Genshin Impact, players must first incapacitate it. To do so, Travelers have to attack the boss until its HP fell under 30%. When this happens, the boss will enter its defensive state and be immune to attacks.
In this state, the Perpetual Mechanical Array will summon four smaller automatons. To continue the fight, players have to destroy the enemy with a golden ring around it. Out of the four minions, only this one can be damaged, while the rest will attack but can't be defeated.
After the marked machine is defeated, the Perpetual Mechanical Array will be incapacitated. Now, players can freely attack the Genshin Impact boss. Its resistance will be lowered by 50% to all kinds of damage, so Travelers should deal as much damage as possible and defeat it immediately.
However, if players fail to empty its HP, the boss will call the destroyed automatons back. Luckily, if Travelers manage to kill it quickly afterward, the boss won't enter the defensive state again.
Note: It's impossible to defeat thePerpetual Mechanical Array without incapacitating it first. So even if people manage to one-shot it, the boss will automatically enter the defensive state once its HP fell under 30%. The boss will also enter the defensive mode if players take too long to get the Perpetual Mechanical Array's HP to the required point.
Tips To Beat The Perpetual Mechanical Array
If players are having a hard time beating the Perpetual Mechanical Array in Genshin Impact, here are some tips they can use:
- Avoid Physical damage dealer: Like any other automaton, the Perpetual Mechanical Array has a high Physical resistance. The boss itself has a whopping 70% Physical RES.
- Learn its attack pattern: Its moves are mostly easy to dodge. The boss has six offensive attacks, all come with a striking red sign to mark its attack's AoE. Players simply have to sprint at the correct time to avoid getting damaged. Note that the Perpetual Mechanical Array has two special moves for Melee, and one for Ranged.
- Bring a shielder or healer: If the attack is too much for players' DPS to handle, then a Genshin Impact shielder like Zhongli, or a healer like Barbara can immensely help.
