Primogems in Genshin Impact is the most desired currency in the game as players need them to pull for the characters they want. So when there’s a questline that earns plenty of them, people are sure to be eager in completing them.
In Genshin Impact 3.1, a six-day questline in Aaru Village will do just that, where Travelers can get a total of 225 Primogems by following the story through. Here’s a full guide to The Exile and A Gifted Rose quest in Genshin Impact.
Day 1 - The Exile: Sprouting
When players arrive in Aaru village, there should be a quest mark on Sabbah’s head. Talk to her and use Dendro on her flower pots to earn:
- Primogems x30
- Hero’s Wit x2
- Adventure EXP x200
- Mora x20000
Day 2 - The Exile: Blooming
Visit Sabbah the next day and do the same. If the quest mark isn’t there, then try talking to her first. She’ll give the protagonist a Sumeru Rose. Speak to her again and give her a Rose afterward, and she'll have a dialogue about an old man and his nursery. Some Primogems are rewarded for this quest as well:
- Primogems x30
- Hero’s Wit x2
- Adventure EXP x200
- Mora x20000
Day 2 - A Gifted Rose: Prickly as Thorns
On the same day, visit Affan north of Aaru Village. Help him clear the withering on his nursery. For lending a hand to the grandpa, players will get:
- Primogems x40
- Hero’s Wit x4
- Adventure EXP x350
- Mora x40000
Day 3 - A Gifted Rose: Long Day Ahead
Return the next day and help Affan water his "flowers" to get:
- Primogems x30
- Hero’s Wit x2
- Adventure EXP x200
- Mora x20000
Day 4 - A Gifted Rose: Can Stones Bloom
On day 4, pay Affan a visit and water the flowers again. The grandpa will be upset as he doesn’t think the flowers will bloom at this rate, so the protagonist offers to seek Sabbah’s help. After gaining the reward, return to Sabbah and talk to her about Affan.

Day 5 - A Gifted Rose: Ballad Of Days Gone By
Visit Affan again and Sabbah should be there. This time, break the casings of the seed using Blunt Attacks, then fertilize using Dendro. Blunt attacks can easily be done using Claymore, Geo hits, and explosions. Here are the rewards for this task:
- Primogems x30
- Hero’s Wit x2
- Adventure EXP x200
- Mora x20000
Final Day - A Gifted Rose: Some People Never Fade Away
Finally, for the last day, Dendro the flower and watch a cutscene. Players will get the Genshin Impact achievement called Engraved, which rewards them with five Primogems on top of:

- Hero’s Wit x2
- Adventure EXP x200
- Mora x20000
