B characters in the Genshin Impact Genius Invokation TCG tier list is for characters that are good, but not as fast and useful as the other characters.

For example, Mona is amazing for a quick-swap team, but other than that, she has limited use. Her Elemental Burst is amazing, but it can be tough to cast. Yoimiya can deal a lot of damage, but players need to waste a turn to activate her Elemental Skill. Finally, Jean has an amazing Burst, but it’s too demanding (four Dice and three Energy) to use.
