Genshin Impact Cicin Mages are part of the Fatui Agents, which use Delusion to control different Elements. They are one of the many Elite Enemies that players will come across during their journey in Teyvat.

Travelers will face either Electro or Cryo Fatui Cicin Mages in Genshin Impact and will get various drops after defeating the foe. The Mages’ Lieutenant's Insignia drop is used as characters and weapons Enhancement Material, while the Mist Grass is used for weapons Ascension Material.

Dragonspine

Fatui Cicin Mage Locations In Liyue

Wuwang Hill

The first Genshin Impact Cicin Mage in Liyue is located in a cave, south of the Oceanid Waypoint, while the second can be found in the forest, north of the southern Bishui Plain Teleport Waypoint.

Guili Plains

Two other Cicin Mages can be found on the Guili Plains grounds. One Mage is located on the Sea of Clouds shore, while the other is west of the western Sea of Clouds Waypoint.

Fatui Cicin Mage Locations In Inazuma

Tatarasuna

Fast travel to the northern Tatarasuna Waypoint, and head southeast toward the Mikage Furnace. On the bridge that leads to the Furnace, players will locate the first Tatarasuna Cryo Cicin Mage in Genshin Impact.

As soon as the enemy is defeated, go south to slaughter the second Mage. Then, continue south along Tatarasuna Island's southern coast to arrive at the final Cryo Cicin Mage location in Genshin Impact.

Narukami Island

From the Kamisato Estate, follow the southwestern staircase to the Chinju Forest to find the first Narukami Island Fatui Mage. Proceed to the west and climb up the cliff to defeat the Cryo Cicin Mage near the Cube Devices puzzle in Genshin Impact.

Once players defeat the prior enemy, go northwest to locate the next one. Afterward, take the northern path to locate the final Cicin Mage on Narukami Island.

From the Pardis Dhyai, go northeast toward the first Cicin Mage. Defeat the foe, then head southwest toward the second Fatui Mage in Genshin Impact.

Lokapala Jungle

The first Mage is southeast of the Chatrakam Cave Waypoint, next to a Shrine of Depth in Genshin Impact, while the second is in the northern parts of the Mawtiyima Forest. The final Fatui Mage is southeast of the Lokapala Jungle Statue of the Seven, beside a lake.
