The main goal of Genshin Impact's frequent update schedule is to constantly introduce brand new playable characters which are usually the main source of revenue for most gacha-based games. Developer HoYoverse has officially confirmed that Version 2.7 will introduce two new playable characters, Kuki Shinobu and Yelan.

Reddit user ekasetyanugraha has shared their impressive pixelated build showcase for the popular character Raiden Shogun. The art shows the Electro user alongside every part of her build, from weapons and artifacts, to the talent and constellation levels. The Redditor is known on the subreddit for creating lots of similar pixelated art pieces which are always well received in the community. Fans absolutely love this build showcase and this post has gathered over 2,000 upvotes.
The art shows the standard build path most Genshin Impact players opt for when playing with Raiden Shogun. Engulfing Lightning is by the best weapon for this character as it gives loads of Energy Recharge which is considered Raiden Shogun's main stat. The weapon's passive grants increases Attack based on the Energy Recharge that exceeds the standard 100%. When it comes to the artifact pieces, players usually go for the Emblem of Severed Fate as it grants Elemental Burst damage as well as additional Energy Recharge.
Raiden Shogun is one of the strongest characters in Genshin Impact at the moment. She has been the main character of the whole Inazuma storyline. Once she was released back in Genshin Impact Version 2.1, Raiden immediately became a must-have for most team compositions. Her greatest strength lies in providing enough Energy for her party members' which is a crucial asset in the current meta considering that that most recently released characters seem to have Energy issues.
So far, Genshin Impact has introduced three out of seven Archons with Raiden Shogun being the most recent one. Every Archon in the game rules over one of the seven nations of Teyvat. According to multiple Genshin Impact leaks, players might soon get the option to pull for another Archon who rules over the mysterious nation Sumeru which will most likely be the next main region. While HoYoverse is yet to officially confirm the regions release date, it's expected that Sumeru will arrive with Genshin Impact Version 3.0.
