While strolling through the land of justice in Genshin Impact, players will meet people with various personalities. From the kind and attentive Serene, the determined Navia, to the sneaky Virgil, the quest in Fontaine will surely feel different each time. Among the people with personalities in the land, there’s Guijarro, a woman who becomes paranoid because of the time she spends writing a detective novel.
When players first meet her, she’ll immediately be scared, thinking the protagonist is out to hurt her. However, after understanding that the main character and Paimon have no ill intent, Guijarro decides to trust the traveling pair and rely on them for help in her novel research.

Danger Lurks Everywhere in Fontaine Quest In Genshin Impact
To trigger the Danger Lurks Everywhere in Fontaine quest in Genshin Impact, head to the Marcotte Station and find Guijarro. Talk to her, and Paimon will offer to help with the woman’s problem.
The three will then board the Aquabus, and sure enough, Guijarro starts acting weird, crouching down as if someone is trying to hurt her. She explains the various ways people could be setting up traps to hurt her while she’s boarding the Aquabus, which matches her story that she’s trying to find the method of crime for a detective novel, and it ends up making her paranoid about all the terrible methods people can do to harm others.
After many weird conversations, she’ll eventually be determined to write about a perfect crime, one that leaves no trace yet can be pulled off.
Similar to A Certain Notice quest in Genshin Impact and its two continuations, Danger Lurks Everywhere in Fontaine doesn’t have a Primogems reward either. Instead, it grants three Hero’s Wits and 21,500 Mora to the players.
On top of that, 20 Reputation EXP is also available from the Fontaine Reputation, so players can do this simple quest if they wish to quickly reach level two in the reputation.
Reaching level two is a significant milestone as it unlocks weekly bounties and requests at the region’s reputation board. Other than doing quests, players can also earn EXP through explorations, but this won’t be easy as fully exploring the areas of Genshin Impact 4.0 Fontaine will not grant a high exploration percentage. This is because the region will have future expansions that contribute to this number.
