A Genshin Impact player shares an adorable concept in which they've combined the famous Pyro user Klee with Hook from Honkai: Star Rail. The game's enormous fan base is known for creating a lot of their own artworks in which they combine different characters into one concept.

Many characters from Genshin Impact's playable roster have had their designs based on other characters from the world of Honkai. Some of these characters include popular Archons like Venti or Raiden Shogun, as well as other playable units such as Yae Miko, Kamisato Ayato, Noelle, and many others.

A Reddit user named CWHardKnight has created an impressive fan-art in which they've combined two characters, Genshin Impact's Pyro user Klee, and Hook from Honkai: Star Rail. Fans seem to like the concept as the whole thread attracted over 2.8k upvotes on Genshin Impact's official subreddit. Klee and Hook are very similar characters as they share a very similar model type. They are also both Pyro/Fire characters who have been a part of their respective games since the beginning. Unlike Klee, who is a five-star character, Hook has a lower four-star rarity in Honkai: Star Rail. Hook was recently featured on a banner alongside two other four-stars, Natasha and Pela, and a five-star unit named Seele.

On the other hand, Klee has not made an appearance on a Limited Character Banner in over a year. HoYoverse's recent Special Program event confirmed that she won't be a part of the second banner cycle of the current Genshin Impact version 3.7. Even though she was once considered an S-tier DPS character, many players nowadays avoid using Klee in the game's hardest domains since there are much stronger characters on the roster.

Recent leaks have been hinting that Klee will most likely receive a new skin in the upcoming update 3.8 which should arrive at the end of June. While the skin does not provide any gameplay benefits, it could significantly increase Klee's popularity in the community. The skin will apparently have a five-star rarity which means that it will probably include a new set of animation effects.

Klee won't be the only character to receive an outfit in update 3.8 as recent leaks revealed that the four-star unit Kaeya could also get a new skin. Players will most likely be able to acquire Kaeya's skin for free by completing a couple of event-exclusive quests in Genshin Impact 3.8.

Genshin Impact is available now for PC, PS4, PS5, and mobile devices. A Switch version is in development.
