A Genshin Impact player has created an interesting concept in which they combined the popular Geo user Arataki Itto with Sampo, a character from the recently released Honkai: Star Rail. Honkai is HoYoverse's second most popular franchise and fans often try to combine these two worlds and produce unique character concepts.
This does not come as a surprise considering that the designs of many Genshin Impact characters have been inspired by Honkai's playable roster. Characters like Clara, Kafka, Tingyun, and many others all have their respective counterparts in the world of Teyvat.
A Reddit user named CWHardKnight has created an interesting fan-art in which they equipped Genshin Impact's Geo user Arataki Itto with a new outfit that belongs to Honkai: Star Rail's Sampo. This unique four-star character has been a part of Honka's roster since Version 1.0, and he's one of the most interesting characters in the game. The post was well-received in the community as the post reached over 1.6k upvotes on the official Genshin Impact subreddit. Redditor CWHardKnight is known in the community for creating similar projects in which they combine various parts from different characters into one single concept. Many fans in the comment section claim that Itto's new appearance makes this character look much more professional.
When it comes to Sampo's role on the field, he is a powerful Wind user who can be used as a support for many team compositions in Honkai: Star Rail. Sampo's whole kit revolves around providing and boosting DoT effects, as well as shredding the opponents' Toughness bars. Even though he's a free-to-play friendly unit, players who want to maximize their potential need to carefully build around this DoT abilities.
The leader of the Arataki gang is known for always causing trouble all over the Inazuma region, and he often needs to be bailed out by another gang member, the Electro user Kuki Shinobu. At the moment, Itto is by far the strongest Geo DPS character in the game, and he's a must-have for the popular all-Geo party. Players who want to get his damage potential to the next level should also include the four-star support Gorou in his team.
Luckily, these two characters almost always appear on the same banner which means that most players that pulled for Itto have also acquired Gorou in the process. Players who want to get this five-star Geo user will probably have the chance to do so in the next couple of months considering that his last banner appearance was in Genshin Impact version 3.3.
