Collei is not a new character in Genshin Impact. Both her and Cyno have previously made an appearance in the Genshin Impact manga, which is why they’re more hyped over other Sumeru characters like Dehya or Tighnari.

Similar to Tighnari in Genshin Impact. Collei is also a bow wielder with Dendro Vision. However, her role is better suited as a support or sub-DPS than a plain damage dealer. To properly build Collei in Genshin Impact, here are the best pieces of equipment for her.

Collei can be an excellent Genshin Impact support, where she offers great Dendro application with her abilities. She can also be built as a sub-DPS where she focuses more on her personal damage.

Collei Best Artifact In Genshin Impact

  1. 4pc Deepwood Memories
  2. 4pc Gilded Dreams
  3. 4pc Noblesse Oblige
  4. 4pc Instructor

If there’s no character in Genshin Impact that holds 4pc Deepwood Memories in the team, then it’s the best idea to let Collei use them. This will increase not only her DPS but also the DMG of other Dendro characters. Meanwhile, 4pc Gilded Dreams is purely for her personal damage and provides no supportive value to other characters whatsoever.

If another party member already uses Deepwood Memories, then Collei is eligible for other supportive artifacts like 4pc Noblesse Oblige or 4pc Instructor.

The Instructor artifact set can be great for teams that focus on the Quicken reaction. For example, if Collei is supporting Electro characters in Genshin Impact, then she can use Instructor instead of Deepwood Memories. However, note that this artifact set is only available at 4-star, which means Collei will have a lower stat overall.

Artifact Main Stat

  • Timepiece: Energy Recharge (ER) or Elemental Mastery (EM) or ATK
  • Goblet: Dendro DMG Bonus
  • Circlet: Critical Rate or Damage

For Collei’s artifact main stat in Genshin Impact, she should use a Dendro DMG Bonus Goblet and a Critical Circlet. As for the Timepiece, players can either use Energy Recharge, Elemental Mastery, or ATK.

Energy Recharge is unnecessary if Collei can maintain her Elemental Burst without it. Elemental Mastery is unimportant outside the Quicken team, while ATK is viable in any team composition, but performs worse than the other two options in specific scenarios.

Meanwhile, if players want Collei in a support role, then she can wield Elegy for the End or Favonius Warbow instead. Elegy can bring a significant team buff while Favonius will turn Collei into a Genshin Impact Battery.

As for the 4-star Genshin Impact bows, The Stringless is the best and most accessible choice. The F2P weapon Fading Twilight is viable as well.
