Genshin Impact features an enormous world named Teyvat in which many terrifying enemies await for their battle with the Traveler. While some monsters can drop various precious materials that are used for ascending a character, others are usually just a simple source of food.

Wildlife is an NPC type in Genshin Impact that functions similarly to every other enemy in the game. An interesting video proves that a Forest Boar can sometimes be as dangerous as any other monster in Genshin Impact.

Reddit user bruh50times100 has shared a funny video showing their Xiao getting killed by non-other than the famous Forest Boars which can be found all over Teyvat. Once a boar spots a player nearby, it will either run away or charge towards the player before fading away. They are a great source of Raw Meat which is used for preparing various Genshin Impact dishes. While the Redditor was escorting a balloon as part of a common Genshin Impact commission, their low-HP Xiao was attacked mid-air which was enough to take his life.

After he was revived, the player rushed to the second obstacle which attracted another boar who managed to once again finish off the popular Yaksha. The community loved the video as the post gathered over 3.5k upvotes. A couple of replies claim out that the funniest thing about the whole sequence is the fact that this is not the first time the player died from boars otherwise the Genshin Impact achievement "Boared to Death" would've appeared on the screen.

Some comments state that Teyvat is probably the only place in which the Conqueror of Demons can be slain by a simple boar. Other fans say that it's frustrating to watch the player recklessly use Xiao with low HP even though the Zhongli in his team composition can equip him with one of the strongest shields in the Genshin Impact.

Xiao is an Anemo polearm user and one of the best DPS characters in Genshin Impact at the moment. As a Yaksha, he was once a part of the five legendary warriors who fought to maintain justice over Teyvat after the great Archon War. The game describes them as creatures terrifying in appearance and violent in nature, ready to kill anything on their path. The first part of update 2.7 revealed more information about the other four Yaksha - Bosacius, Indarias, Menogias, Atlatus and Bonanus.

Genshin Impact is available on mobile, PC, PS4, and PS5. A Switch version is currently under development.
