As a Pyro user, Klee has a lot of advantages in Genshin Impact. Especially during combat. Her Element grants her the ability to either Melt or Vaporize, which are great Elemental Reactions to maximize the damage of Hydro, Cryo, and Pyro units.
After getting Klee, there are two things players should do: Fish blasting and figuring out how to build her. Understanding what is the best weapon for her is 50% of knowing the best build for Klee in Genshin Impact.
7 Dodoco Tales
- Primary Stat: 454 Base ATK
- Secondary Stat: 55.1% ATK
- R5 Effect: Normal Attack hits on opponents increase Charged Attack DMG by 32% for 6s. Charged Attack hits on opponents increase ATK by 16% for 6s.
Dodoco Tales looks and feels like it’s a top-tier Genshin Impact weapon for Klee. Unfortunately, it’s not. At R5, The Catalyst enhances Klee’s Charged Attacks, which is the best skill in her Kit. But the low Base ATK and not having any kind of CRIT stats in its effects hurts Dodoco and, as a result, hurts Klee’s stats as well.
6 Memory Of Dust
- Primary Stat: 608 Base ATK
- Secondary Stat: 49.6% ATK
- Effect: Increases Shield Strength by 20%. Scoring hits on opponents increases ATK by 4% for 8s. Max 5 stacks. Can only occur once every 0.3s. While protected by a shield, this ATK increase effect is increased by 100%.
One major problem Memory of Dust falls into and what makes it unpopular is the necessity of a shielder to fully take advantage of what the Catalyst can offer. Yes, the weapon greatly enhances Klee’s ATK, but at the cost of having a dedicated shielder and losing a team member in Klee’s team composition in Genshin Impact.
5 Solar Pearl
- Primary Stat: 510 Base ATK
- Secondary Stat: 27.6% CRIT Rate
- R5 Effect: Normal Attack hits increase Elemental Skill and Elemental Burst DMG by 40% for 6s. Likewise, Elemental Skill or Elemental Burst hits increase Normal Attack DMG by 40% for 6s.
Having CRIT Rate as its Secondary Stats helps boost Klee’s DPS. Since it’s a Battle Pass weapon, it’s not recommended to seek Solar Pearl for Klee in Genshin Impact. Instead, there are better options to put in Klee’s small hands.
4 The Widsith
- Primary Stat: 510 Base ATK
- Secondary Stat: 55.1% CRIT DMG
- R5 Effect: When a character takes the field, they will gain a random theme song for 10s. This can only occur once every 30s. Recitative: ATK is increased by 120%. Aria: Increases all Elemental DMG by 96%. Interlude: Elemental Mastery is increased by 480.
The Widsith is and will always be a perfect choice for Sub-DPS characters in Genshin Impact. As a 4-star Catalyst, it has a decent Base ATK, CRIT DMG (which is very rare among 4-star weapons), and an amazing passive effect, especially on R5.
3 Skyward Atlas
- Primary Stat: 674 Base ATK
- Secondary Stat: 33.1% ATK
- Effect: Increases Elemental DMG Bonus by 12%. Normal Attack hits have a 50% chance to earn the favor of the clouds. which actively seek out nearby opponents to attack for 15s, dealing 160% ATK DMG. Can only occur once every 30s.
One of Skyward Atlas's strongest aspects is its huge Base ATK, which is even more boosted with its ATK% Secondary Stat. It makes Skyward a general pick among Catalyst users in Genshin Impact. The weapon's simple yet effective passive also enhances that idea. So for Klee or any future DPS Catalyst character, always use Skyward until getting their best in slot weapon.
2 Kagura’s Verity
- Primary Stat: 608 Base ATK
- Secondary Stat: 66.2% CRIT DMG
- Effect: Gains the Kagura Dance effect when using an Elemental Skill, causing the Elemental Skill DMG of the character wielding this weapon to increase by 12% for 16s. Max 3 stacks. This character will gain a 12% All Elemental DMG Bonus when they possess 3 stacks.
While Klee can’t fully take advantage of Kagura’s Verity, she still gets a lot of benefits from its Primary and Secondary Stats. Having an extra CRIT DMG and a good Base ATK is never bad for a DPS unit in Genshin Impact. In fact, Kagura’s Verity is one of Klee’s best options.
1 Lost Prayers To The Sacred Winds
- Primary Stat: 608 Base ATK
- Secondary Stat: 33.1% CRIT Rate
- Effect: Increases Movement SPD by 10%. When in battle, gain an 8% Elemental DMG Bonus every 4s. Max 4 stacks. Lasts until the character falls or leaves combat.
Lost Prayers to the Sacred Winds is arguably Klee’s best catalyst in Genshin Impact. The weapon is great, giving Klee a 33% CRIT Rate with a good amount of Base ATK. Even boosting her speed and Elemental DMG through its passive. The only setback is that Lost Prayers forces Klee to stay on the field to increase her DPS, which can be an issue since Klee can’t do much after using her skills and draining her Stamina.
