Building a character with Tenacity of the Millelith can be a bit complicated in Genshin Impact. First, the set enhances HP and not all characters need this stat to strive. Most importantly, the set needs a unique requirement to operate properly, where the equipped character must continuously deal damage with their Elemental Skill.
Not all characters are capable of meeting such requirements, but if they did, they’re set to buff their team damage and improve their shield absorption. For that, here’s a list of the best characters that can be built with Tenacity of the Millelith in Genshin Impact.

Genshin Impact: 5 Mistakes Players Make When Using Xianyun
Xianyun has the potential to be a great support unit in Genshin Impact, if players pay attention to some details.
7 Dehya
Is There Any Hope With Tenacity?

---|---|---|---|
Since she’s heavily underwhelming, believe it or not, Dehya’s kit can be saved. As a Pyro user in Genshin Impact, Dehya can pair with another Pyro unit to activate the Pyro Resonance, which grants the team 25% extra ATK. Not only that, Dehya can wield many Claymores that carry certain buffs to her team, such as Wolf's Gravestone, Song of Broken Pines, Forest Regalia, and Makhaira Aquamarine.
Finally, since Dehya can summon a field that stays for a decent duration and hits every 2.5 seconds, she can keep the 4pc Tenacity of the Millelith 20% ATK buff flowing to her team. With all these buffs added to Dehya’s kit, she can, at least, do a bare minimum to keep her spot in team comps.
6 Yaoyao
Go Yuegui

For healing, Yaoyao scales with her HP to deliver, which makes 2pc Tenacity of the Millelith good for her. As for the 4pc, Yaoyao is capable of keeping the buff active since her Radish throwers are summoned with her Elemental Skill and can stay on the field for a while. This is good since Yaoyao's Radishes can also apply Dendro on enemies to make the DPS' life easier, triggering more Dendro reactions in Genshin Impact.
5 Layla
Sleeps While Enhancing Her Team

Layla might be slow to activate Tenacity of the Millelith’s full utility, but she still needs the 20% extra HP on its 2pc to enhance her own shield absorption. With the right build, Layla can replace Zhongli in some teams like the mono-Cryo ones, or Freeze teams in Genshin Impact.

Genshin Impact: Best Gaming Build Guide
While as a plunge attack user, Gaming may not have focused gear selection in Genshin Impact, he is still able to make good use of plenty of options.
She can’t perform as well as Zhongli as a shielder, but rest assured, she can utilized 4pc Tenacity properly since her Elemental Skill deals damage periodically.
4 Kuki Shinobu
Can Operate As A Support

---|---|---|---|
When not slaying in a Hyperbloom team comps in Genshin Impact, Kuki Shinobu can take her initial role as a healer. Or, even better, Kuki can become a mini buffer by taking advantage of her Elemental Skill’s continuous hits. Equipping 4pc Tenacity of the Millelith on Kuki improves her healing and allows her to easily keep her team’s ATK enhanced by 20%. Additionally, Kuki can wield Swords that further buff her team like Freedom-Sworn, which she can also easily trigger its conditions to further Support her team.
3 Sangonomiya Kokomi
Use Tenacity For Faster Rotations

---|---|---|---|
If the intention wasn’t to use Kokomi with Ocean-Hued Clam to take full advantage of her healing, players can definitely use Tenacity of the Millelith since Kokomi can use most of its utility to become a decent buffer. With her Elemental Skill healing, Kokomi can trigger Tenacity of the Millelith’s effect and grants her team a continuous 20% extra ATK. Add Thrilling Tales of Dragon Slayers or Hakushin Ring to Kokomi’s build, and she will operate as a strong buffer without losing her ability to heal.
2 Furina
If There’s No Golden Troupe, Use Tenacity

---|---|---|---|
Since Furina inflicts damage and can even buff her own damage based on her HP, she can greatly benefit from the HP addition the 2pc of Tenacity of the Millelith’s passive gives her. Additionally, Furina’s main damage source is her Elemental Skill, and she can even go off-field while her Salon Members are still dealing damage. That allows her to keep the Tenacity of the Millelith’s 20% ATK buff active at all times on top of her own amazing buff she triggers using her Elemental Burst in Genshin Impact.

Genshin Impact: Clearwater Jade Locations
Clearwater Jade is an ore-like local specialty of Liyue that can be found in Chenyu Vale in Genshin Impact.
Since Furina’s damage is high, she can do a much better job with 4pc Golden Troupe. But still, Furina is a perfect candidate to work with Tenacity of The Millelith if that’s the only choice available.
1 Zhongli
Clunky, But It Was Made For Him, So…
![]() Zhongli | ![]() Geo | ![]() Polearm | ![]() Liyue |
Guides | |||
---|---|---|---|
The Tenacity of the Millelith set is one of Zhongli’s best artifacts in Genshin Impact. Unfortunately, it’s a little hard for Zhongli to maintain Tenacity of the Millelith’s buff with his Stone Stele’s small range. However, players can cast the Skill next to enemies to keep the buff going or have another Geo construct like Albedo's Skill to increase the resonance range. On the other hand, the 20% HP increase on 2pc Tenacity of the Millelith is perfect for Zhongli since it greatly enhances his shield absorption.
When it comes to having 4pc Tenacity of the Millelith, if players were able to keep enemies around Zhongli’s Stone Stele, he can take full advantage of the set. Having an extra 30% on Zhongli’s shield strength, and giving away a 20% extra ATK makes him one of the best Supports in Genshin Impact, considering all of his other utilities.
