Genshin Impact Version 4.2 brought an unforgettable twist to the plot of Teyvat and left a lasting impression on many players. In Masquerade of the Guilty, players saw the finale of the Fontaine arc and all long-awaited questions about its Archon were finally answered. Together with the finale, players were also introduced to a new region that plays a titular role in the world’s lore. The Morte Region and the Erinnyes Forest brought new puzzles, new specialties and, most importantly, new tales that link up to the main story.
The Morte Region and the Erinnyes Forest make up the eastern part of Fontaine and contain tons of new hidden achievements that players can claim in Genshin Impact. This guide will cover some of the hidden achievements within the region so that you can obtain those extra primogems without missing out.
Genshin Impact: How To Get The Hidden Fontaine Boss And Mob Achievements
Here’s how Genshin Impact players can collect the hidden achievements they missed out on with Fontaine’s mobs and bosses.
A World Yet To Be Disenchanted
This is an achievement that can be obtained if players give Pitot three Mysterious Xenochromatic Crystals. Pitot is an NPC that can be found on the Rusty Rudder, and after giving him one Mysterious Xenochromatic Crystal every day, players will obtain the hidden achievement.
The Mysterious Xenochromatic Crystals can only be obtained from the new underwater Local Legends introduced within the region. You can either defeat Chassanion under the submerged Tower of Ipsissimus or the Mageblade Corrouge in the Roots of Erinnyes. You should note that only one Mysterious Xenochromatic Crystal can be held at a time, and only one crystal can be obtained per day from each fight. This means that players will have to fight each Local Legend once per day, for three days, to receive the achievement.
After the third crystal has been obtained, you can then head to Rusty Rudder and talk to Pitot to get the achievement.

This achievement is fairly extensive as it involves a hidden mission where players will have to find eight Treasure Chests with the help of eight Treasure Maps in the Morte Region. The Treasure Maps can be found inside eight giant Clams around the Morte Region and players need only hit the Clam to get it to open up. All Treasure Maps can be found in the below areas:
After obtaining all of them, find each treasure using the corresponding map and once all treasures are found, you will be awarded the hidden achievement.
Many-as-One
This hidden achievement falls under the Boss category, as players can only obtain this if they stop the Hydro Tulpa from absorbing Half-Tulpas twice in one challenge. This achievement can indeed be a little tricky to achieve as the rate at which the Hydro Tulpa absorbs the mini-Tulpas is relatively high.
The Hydro Tulpa can be found underground southwest of the Court of Fontaine region and players should bring any character that can easily take advantage of the elemental reactions that will be caused. Pyro, Electro and Cryo are good elements to use here against the absorption of the Half-Tulpas.
There will be a moment mid-fight where the Hydro Tulpa will begin to absorb two Half-Tulpas. This is where you will have to keep an eye out and immediately defeat the Half-Tulpa that is being absorbed first. You can use a Cryo character here to make things easier as it will immediately die. After you have managed to kill two Half-Tulpas, you can proceed to kill the boss and only then will you be awarded the achievement.
The Hitchhiker’s Guide To The Galaxy
Similar to the previous one, this achievement is also a hidden boss achievement that can be obtained by fighting the All-Devouring Narwhal. Players have to enter the belly of the Narwhal twice during a single challenge to obtain this achievement.
The challenge is quite simple, and the main goal is to make sure you keep riling up the boss. The anger meter in the bottom right corner of the HP bar has to be full for the Narwhal to eat you in the first phase. Once you get eaten, defeat the figure as usual inside and then wait for the Narwhal to wake up again. Make sure that its HP does not fall below 60%, and you will have to be hit by a few attacks for the Narwhal to eat you a second time.
Once you’re inside the belly, the achievement will be awarded, and you can either go ahead and complete the fight, or exit the domain. This achievement awards players with 10 Primogems since it is part of the Challenger Series.
Satisfactory Naval Force
This achievement can be obtained through completing an open world puzzle in the Morte Region, more specifically in the East Slopes of Mont Automnequi. All players need to do is successfully complete the full challenge without getting hit by the cannons targeting them. Since the challenge involves collecting water droplets while in flight, you can try to swerve or fly diagonally each time the navy cannon locks onto you.
In addition to that, there will also be barriers in the air that you can use as shields against the cannon, because one hit will knock your character out of the air. Successfully completing this challenge awards you a Common, Exquisite and Precious Chest along with the hidden achievement.
