Genshin Impact fans have noticed an interesting detail about Alice and Zhongli in the Teyvat Travel Guide, which is an in-game magazine published by the Adventurer's Guild. This is a popular organization that offers adventurer-for-hire services for the residents of the seven different nations in Teyvat.

Even though most Genshin Impact players visit the Adventurer's Guild every day to collect their commission rewards, there is not a lot of information about this organization. Some in-game NPCs have revealed that the guild's main headquarters is located in Snezhnaya, which is expected to be the last of the seven regions that players will visit.

The Teyvat Travel Guide has three volumes, each of which includes a short traveling diary made by Alice, a popular adventurer who has allegedly seen the entire world of Teyvat. A post on the official Genshin Impact subreddit made by -Revelation- points out an interesting detail many players might have missed. The Jueyun Karst chapter in the second volume of the Teyvat Travel Guide has revealed that at some point in time, Liyue's Geo Archon Zhongli used to be Alice's travel companion. While some fans claim that it seems weird that one of Teyvat's gods accompanied Alice in her adventures, others claim that Zhongli probably had to make sure that this troublesome character does not cause any unnecessary trouble.

Alice has been mentioned in many important quests in Genshin Impact where she's described as one of the strongest characters in all of Teyvat. Alice is expected to be a Pyro character considering that her daughter Klee uses the same element, and it would also fit her constant desire for destruction. This unusual character, who is confirmed to be over 500 years old, even blew up a part of Stormterror's Liar just to give a more ancient look to the ruins.

There is also no information about her weapon type, but many fans expect her to use the catalyst since she's known as an incredibly powerful mage. Even though she is yet to appear in the game, Alice was responsible for arranging the annual Golden Apple Archipelago events.

Alice is expected to join the playable roster in the future and players hope that she could finally make an appearance in the rumored Mondstadt expansion, which could arrive in the upcoming months. The update could also introduce Varka, Mondstadt's Grandmaster of the Knights of Favonious who is yet to return from this important expedition.

Genshin Impact is available now for PC, PS4, PS5, and mobile devices. A Switch version is in development.
