As always with Genshin Impact festivals, players will have the chance to interact with their favorite characters as NPCs. During the 3.5 Windblume Festival, most Mondstadt characters can be found scattered throughout the region, ready to engage with players. Unfortunately, characters like Diluc and Jean will not be present in Mondstadt during this festival.
Similar to most events in Genshin Impact, the Windblume Festival is divided into three Acts, and the positions of NPC characters will shift between them. On day 3, players will finish the third Act of the 3.5 Windblume Festival quests and will be able to interact with the most amount of characters during this event.
All Characters Locations In Genshin Impact 3.5 Windblume Festival
Apart from the Mondstadt characters located in their respective region, players will also encounter Candace and Dehya in Genshin Impact 3.5 Windblume Festival within Sumeru region.
Timaeus And Ying'er
It appears that Timaeus and Ying'er will be part of one of the first romance stories in Genshin Impact. The love birds can be found immediately in front of the main Mondstadt waypoint. Both Ying'er and Timaeus are having a pleasant shy conversation right next to the famous Crafting Table.
Dehya
It can be a little tricky to locate Dehya during the 3.5 Windblume Festival. To find her, teleport to the waypoint above the Akademiya Liaison Officer, which is marked with the Bounty icon. From there, head to the west and enter the main gate of the Akademiya.
Once inside the Akademiya, take the small corridor located in the northwest and follow it outside the Akademiya to find Dehya.
Candace
To locate Candace during the 3.5 Windblume Festival, teleport to the Aaru Village waypoint in Sumeru. Then, head left and take the street with a few stairs. Continue moving forward until there's no other way but to turn right. From there, players can locate Candace and Setaria engaged in a conversation.
Tighnari And Mika
To locate Tighnari and Mika, teleport to the Statue of the Seven next to the Dawn Winery, then head north towards the cliff. Once there, players can find Tighnari and Mika and eavesdrop on their mushroomy conversation.
Mona And Klee
Mona and Klee are located next to the Starfell Lake Statue of the Seven in Genshin Impact.
Albedo
To find Albedo, teleport to the main Mondstadt waypoint. He can be found sitting at a table on the balcony above Good Hunter. However, there are no doors or ladders to access the balcony, so players must find another way to reach it.
Cyno
Unsurprisingly, Cyno is sitting alone at a table in front of Cat's Tail Tavern in Mondstadt. If players initiate a conversation with him, he'll challenge the Traveler to a duel.
Venti
Just like any other Windblume Festival, in 3.5, Venti will be sitting at a table outside Angel’s Share Tavern in Mondstadt. Players can reach it by going north from the main Mondstadt waypoint.
Eula, Amber, Sucrose, And Collei
Eula, Amber, Sucrose, and Collei are standing together in Mondstadt. To find them, teleport to the waypoint above the Knight of Favonius Headquarter. From the waypoint, fly southeast to immediately spot the ladies having a conversation.
