An avid gamer built an incredible custom PC that uses a tiny portable stove in place of a case, with their RGB-infused creation quickly going viral on social media. The unique device is yet another example of the endless creativity that some PC gamers pour into their favorite hobby, as underlined by custom PC designs based on Minecraft bees, Cyberpunk 2077, and variety of other popular franchises that are frequently hitting social media.

PC building, on the whole, has been a mainstream hobby for a while now. Many celebrities like NFL outside linebacker Von Miller and skating legend Tony Hawk previously confirmed to be PC gamers by sharing images of their luxurious custom rigs, whereas The Witcher and Man of Steel star Henry Cavill is even upgrading his gaming PC himself.

One enthusiast from Vietnam has now taken to social media to share their latest accomplishment in the form of a highly compact desktop build that uses a portable stove in place of a traditional case. Based on the model number of the cooker, it would appear the creator opted for a low-priced white-label product from China that's priced at around $20. Meaning their choice of a case didn't just add to the wow factor, but possibly saved them quite a bit of money in the process, as even mid-range miniature PC chassis tend to start at around $100. Naturally, the demographic that puts computer parts in kitchen appliances isn't necessarily concerned with money, as evidenced by the recent example of a $10,000 gaming PC built inside a mini fridge.

As for the custom build at hand, the portable stove that houses it measures in at only 14.0 x 4.0 x 12.0 inches (355.6 x 101.6 x 304.8 mm), according to its user manual, which makes it a significantly tighter fit than a typical small-form PC chassis. For context, the Cooler Master NR200—currently one of the best-selling miniature desktop cases on Amazon—boasts dimensions of ‎14.8 x 7.28 x 11.5 inches.

Either way, the tinkering specialist behind this creation made it work, and the end result of their efforts is compact enough that it wouldn't feel out of place in Jordan Pickford's gaming rig that the England goalkeeper recently shipped across the globe just so he could keep playing Fortnite in between World Cup games in Qatar. A short video of the astonishing creation that was shared on December 6 by Vietnamese retailer Sunoshop quickly went viral in the Far Eastern country, amassing over 35,000 likes and nearly 4,000 shares within three days of hitting TikTok.
