The series finale of Game of Thrones premieres tonight, May 19, but based on the petition to remake Game of Thrones season 8, it's likely to bring the series to a controversial conclusion. Decisions regarding character and plot development have plagued the story thus far this season, but one moment that launched itself into memedom was the genuine mistake of a Starbucks coffee cup appearing in episode 4. Now, that Starbucks coffee cup can be found in The Elder Scrolls 5: Skyrim thanks to a new mod. This article contains SPOILERS for season 8 of Game of Thrones.

For those unfamiliar with the incident, Game of Thrones season 8 episode 4 sees the survivors of the Battle of Winterfell celebrating their victory over the Night King. While Jon Snow is being praised by his countrymen, Daenerys Targaryen realizes how excluded she feels in Westeros. A Starbucks coffee cup sits in front of her during this scene, which the production team admitted to being a simple mistake. They later digitally replaced the cup with a more appropriate drink, but not before it became an internet meme.

Immortalizing this Game of Thrones Starbucks coffee cup mistake, a modder known as johnrose81 recreated the cup in Skyrim. His mod replaces the many tankards in the game with the aforementioned cup, but for various reasons, these coffee cups are dubbed Skyland Coffee. After all, the uploader admits that he created this as a joke mod and easily breaks both Game of Thrones and Skyrim lore.

This Game of Thrones Starbucks coffee cup Skyrim mod can be downloaded here. It is reportedly compatible with all other mods but should be loaded below anything that "edits, alters, or replaces" tankards. Simply use a mod organizer to drag the contents of the mod folder to the game data folder to install it in Skyrim.

While this mod combines the gaming world with the popular HBO show, it's certainly not the first to do so. One fan of the show recently created Game of Thrones "Patch Notes" to explain the events of episode 5, so as we near the concluding episode 6, it'll be interesting to see if any more gaming connections are made.

The Elder Scrolls 5: Skyrim is out now for PC, PS3, PS4, Switch, Xbox 360, and Xbox One.
