Funko has been experimenting with different variations on their vinyl Pop! figurines. There are now Glow-in-the-Dark Funkos, Flocked Funkos, and Diamond Collection Funkos. The company has been making Diamond Collection Funko Pop! figurines for a few years now for a range of different franchises. From animated movies and shows to comics and video games, Diamond Collection figures are released sporadically and sell out quickly. What makes Diamond Collection Pop! figurines so special is that they "sparkle with a glittery texture," according to the official Funko website.

Diamond Collection figures are existing Pop! figurines that have been covered in glitter and re-released with the Diamond Collection sticker and increased exclusivity. Diamond Funkos are usually released as an exclusive to a specific online retailer or convention. Depending on the popularity of the character depicted and the quality of the design, the resale price of Diamond Collection Funkos varies widely.

10 Baymax From Disney's Big Hero 6

There are tons of Disney-branded Funko Pop! figurines out there. But the Diamond Collection Funkos under the Disney brand are harder to find. Baymax is the giant inflatable robot from the 2014 Disney film Big Hero 6. He might seem like just another generic robot, but his lore is actually quite interesting.

Baymax is based on the Marvel Comics superhero of the same name who joined a Japanese hero group named—naturally— Big Hero 6. Unfortunately, Diamond Baymax is currently sold out, but he is still available on some resale sites.

Her original retail price is $14.99 USD, but the Blizzard store often has sales so she is sometimes listed at a cheaper price. As of June 2021, Diamond Mercy is still available for purchase on the Blizzard site.

Super Saiyan Goku Funko Diamond Collection

Since 1989, Dragon Ball Z has been a smash-hit anime franchise with children and adults alike. This year, Funko made a Diamond Collection version of the "Super Saiyan Goku with Kamehameha Wave." This was announced in February 2021 for the annual (virtual) Funko Fair. The Diamond Collection Super Saiyan Goku is a Hot Topic exclusive. Unfortunately, no official images have been released showing where Goku will have glitter. He's not currently for sale on the Hot Topic website, but he is available for pre-order and purchase on other resale sites for $16-20 USD.

1 Vaporeon From Pokémon

Vaporeon Pokemon Diamond Collection Funko

This year, Funko has continued to release new Generation 1 Pokémon Funko Pop! figurines. At the virtual 2021 Funko Spring Convention and Emerald City Comic-Con, Pokémon Diamond Collection Charmander and Vaporeon were released. There's also a Diamond Collection Flareon and Jolteon, who were released for the 2021 Funko Wonderous Convention. No other iterations of Eevee's evolutions have been made into figurines yet, though Evee exists as a regular Funko Pop! and a Flocked Pop! figurine. All of the Diamond and Flocked Pokémon Funkos are rare, especially compared to their generic counterparts.

Vaporeon's unique silhouette and bright blue color makes this Diamond Collection Pokémon quite special. And compared to the Diamond Jolteon and Flareon, Vaporeon is much harder to snag at a reasonable price and will likely remain a rare Funko find. Currently, Diamond Collection Vaporeon is selling on resale sites for $130-300 USD.
