The last Wednesday of every month, Sony pulls the curtain back on the free PlayStation Plus games that subscribers can look forward to next. However, the free PlayStation Plus games for November 2021 are an exception, as Sony only announced one of the free games on the last Wednesday of the month, waiting to reveal the rest of the lineup until Thursday, October 28 for whatever reason.
That's not the only way that the free PS Plus games for November 2021 differ from the norm. While PS Plus subscribers are usually treated to just three free games every month, the free PS Plus games for November 2021 include a bonus three games. The lineup includes two cross-gen games that will be available on both PS4 and PS5, one PS4 game, and three PlayStation VR games for a total of six free PS Plus games for November 2021.
The traditional console games that make up the free PS Plus games lineup include First Class Trouble (coming to PS4 and PS5), Kingdoms of Amalur: Re-Reckoning (coming to PS4), and Knockout City (PS4 and PS5). First Class Trouble is a social deduction game ala Among Us, whereas Kingdoms of Amalur: Re-Reckoning is a remaster of a popular action-RPG from last generation. Knockout City, meanwhile, is an online multiplayer game about dodgeball.

As for the free PlayStation VR games coming to PS Plus, fans can look forward to The Walking Dead: Saints & Sinners, The Persistence, and Until You Fall. The Walking Dead: Saints & Sinners earned mostly positive reviews at the time of its release, and is in fact one of the highest-rated virtual reality games made to date.
The Persistence, meanwhile, is a first-person horror roguelike where players have to fight off hordes of mutants. Until You Fall is the highest-rated game of the bunch, delivering a hack-and-slash roguelike experience for PlayStation VR fans to test their skills.
The free PS Plus games for November 2021 will be available to download starting Tuesday, November 2. The free PS Plus games for October 2021 will be available to claim in the meantime, so anyone interested in the October offerings should make sure they claim them while they still can.
