While Forza Horizon 5 has many events and stories in its main campaign to keep players busy, the weekly Festival Playlist contains additional challenges to complete for more rewards. Like the Hold Your Horses Treasure Hunt in the Series 1 Spring Hot Season.

The second step of this challenge asks players to locate the Hold Your Horses Treasure Chest, but as it is a murky brown color, it can be hard to spot while searching in Forza Horizon 5. This guide will give the exact location of the treasure, and every reward players will receive for locating it.

Where to Find Hold Your Horses Treasure Chest in Forza Horizon 5

Forza Horizon 5 Series 1 Treasure Hunt Location

After earning 10 Stars from PR Stunts in any Mustang, the next part of the Hold Your Horses Treasure Hunt will ask players to find the chest. However, it only provides a red circle with the general location. It's easier to locate if playing with friends through multiplayer in Forza Horizon 5, as each person can search an area quicker than if looking solo.

If players are looking to find it as soon as possible, and get back to taking part in events and smashing Bonus Boards in Forza Horizon 5, they should look below the white symbol in the middle of the red circle. The Hold Your Horses Treasure Chest can be found just below this white symbol, on a small dirt path.

If players are still having trouble spotting the treasure chest, they should go to the symbol in the middle, then activate Photo Mode (up on the d-pad while playing on consoles). It's easier to spot while panning slowly across the area this way. Once the chest is located, smash it to complete the Hold Your Horses Treasure Hunt in Forza Horizon 5.

Hold Your Horses Treasure Hunt Rewards in Forza Horizon 5

Forza Horizon 5 Treasure Chest rewards Series 1

Finding the Hold Your Horses Treasure Chest in Series 1 Spring rewards 50,000 Credits and 3 Points. The credits in Forza Horizon 5 don't amount to much, but the points are used to unlock exclusive cars, like the Raesr TS '19. It is available to claim until the season reset on Thursday, December 9, if players earn 24 points.

The arcade-style racing sim has been suffering from a lot of online bugs and glitches, but a recent update for Forza Horizon 5 has addressed multiplayer issues. This means players can earn even more Series points by taking part in events like Horizon Arcade. More points mean players will be closer to claiming the cover car, a formidable Mercedes-AMG ONE.

Forza Horizon 5 is out now for PC, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X|S.
