After a brief downtime session for maintenance, Fortnite has now launched its v19.30 patch, with numerous bug fixes and quality of life changes addressed. Epic Games has been consistent with updating the game regularly to patch in any sort of bugs or fix any noticeable glitches, such as players losing gold bars, or unintentional crafting. Though these bugs have been few and far between, it's still quite humorous when players notice tiny details about the world to be slightly off.For the most part, Chapter 3 Season 1 has been clean of any sort of issues since its launch back in December. The season, following the climactic finale to Fortnite Chapter 2, has seen many changes hit the island, from new locations, to weapon changes, as well as the many new additional characters joining the Battle Royale title, whether original characters to the game, or crossover characters like Spider-Man and Boba Fett.RELATED: NFL Refers to The Rock as 'Guy from Fortnite' After Super Bowl AppearanceNow, with the launch of v19.30, it appears that even more updates appear to be coming to game very soon. Twitter user Shiina, who has perviously leaked news and information regarding future content coming to Fortnite, has shared some new information regarding updates coming to the game following this patch.

Following the release of v19.30, the biggest addition to the game will be the Fortnite’s collaboration with Uncharted, featuring skins based on the film versions of Nathan Drake and Chloe Frazer, along with alternate skins for their video game counterparts. Alongside these cosmetics, there will be new challenges added to the game, an unvaulted “treasure map” item, and the return of some previous weapons such as the revolver.

After the Uncharted collab was leaked earlier this month, many players were excited by the prospect of Nathan Drake joining the game, with previous PlayStation characters such as God of War’s Kratos and Horizon’s Aloy making appearances in past seasons. Supposedly, another collaboration appears to be in the works for the game and appears to be on its way if Shiina’s leaks are to be believed.

With a recent survey for Fortnite mentioning other video game characters being considered for crossovers, it’s exciting to know that one major gaming franchise will be making the jump following this new patch. Hopefully players will get to learn more about these exciting collaborations in the future.
