Fortnite has dropped a new set of Midas Challenges for Week 9, and there are some really interesting challenges that players can take on this week. There are 10new challenges availablefor Week 9, and luckily, most of the challenges are pretty self-explanatory and don't require any tutorials at all. However, a couple of the challenges might be confusing for players and one of the tricky ones is the 10th challenge this week. ThisFortnitechallenge requires players to earn a Survival, Combat, or Scavenger gold medal three times.

Fortnite Chapter 2 - Week 9 Midas Challenges

  • Search Chests in different named locations (6)
  • Deal damage to players with Sniper Rifles (300)
  • Upgrade a weapon to Legendary rarity at an Upgrade Bench (1)
  • Search a Llama, Legendary Chest or Supply Drop (1)
  • Deal damage to a Choppawith a passenger or pilot inside (100)
  • Collect XP Coins (five)
  • Carry a Giant Pink Teddy Bear found in Risky Reels 100 meters (100)
  • Search Midas' Golden Llama between a junkyard, gas station and an RV campsite (one)
  • Gather intel during Spy Games operation matches (10)
  • Earn Survival, Combat or Scavenger gold medals (3)

This challenge works with the Fortnite Chapter 2 Medal Punchcard and players don't have toearn all the required medalson the same day. Best of all, players also don't have to earn three different Gold medals to complete the challenge; instead, they can earn the same medal three times to tick off the challenge. This is extremely useful for those who for any reason can't earn all the medals.

How to Earn Gold Survival Medals in Fortnite

In order to earn the Gold Survival Medals, players need toplace in the top 10during their match. Those who are skilled and can easily place in the top 10 can farm this medal three times to quickly complete the challenge. This is definitely the easiest one to acquire as long as players know how to survive longer in a match. 

How to Earn Gold Combat Medals in Fortnite

This has to be one of the toughest medals to earn out of all three because it requires eight eliminations in a single match. Those who are already a killing machine in their matches can easily farm this medal, if not then check out other medals for the challenge. 

How to Earn Gold Scavenger Medals in Fortnite

This is another easier one to acquire. To get the Gold Scavenger medal in Fortnite, players need to open chests, Supply Drops, or Llamas in a match. Players need to open 12 of these to earn the Gold medal and complete the final challenge of the week.
