To kick off the all-new Fortnite Season 3, a whole new wave of content has been added to the game. Most of the content from Season 2 has been removed, which includes a slew of different Points of Interests and the entirety of Team Ghost. However, there are plenty of new Points of Interest that players can explore, and some of these are home to a new wave of mini-bosses. Although the concept of two teams fighting each other has been removed from Fortnite, there are still deadly NPCs that will try to eliminate players that wander into their territories.
Similar to Fortnite Season 2, the new mini-bosses also carry special weapons known as Mythic Weapons. There is only one of each Mythic Weapon available per Match, so whoever gets it first can have an advantage over other players. Mythic Weapons can be acquired by killing mini-bosses available at specific locations on the new Fortnite map. There are six different Mythic Weapons in Season 3 spread across three mini-bosses. Each boss will drop two weapons that players can use to win the game. How to Get All New Mythic Weapons in Fortnite Season 3
The locations of all three mini-bosses are marked in the map below. There's Kit, the motorcycle-mech piloting kitten, who's located at Catty Corner. Jules, the mechanically savvy inventor, can be encountered at The Authority, and Ocean, the Season 3 main character, roams around at The Fortilla.
When killed, Kit will drop the Kit's Charge Shotgun and Kit's Shockwave Launcher, the most powerful shotgun in the game. Kit's Shockwave Launcher is a powerful grenade launcher that deals huge AOE damage. Meanwhile, Jules will the Jule's Drum Gun and Jule's Grappler. These are similar to the Mythic Weapons in season 2, and the only difference is their name. However, both these weapons are still very powerful with the Drum Gun shooting faster rounds while the Grappler allows players to travel quickly across the map.
And finally, Ocean will drop the Ocean's Burst Assault Rifle and Ocean's Bottomless Chug Jug upon his death. The Burst Assault Rifle shoots two bullets at a time which makes it a very powerful and dangerous weapon in the right hands. Ocean's Bottomless Chug Jug is an unlimited healing item that can be used as many times as the player wants, but it takes a longer time for every use.
