Fortnite Reload brings back some truly OG weapons to the fray, allowing players old and new to experience the power, disappointment, and frustration, of many of Fortnite's retired weaponry that plagued the game in its early seasons. 9 All Shotguns

Shotguns seem to never leave the meta, even in Fortnite Reload. Players can obtain 4 different shotgun types in this mode, but they still cannot use the infamous double shotgun method, so just take one from below:

Tactical Shotgun

A shotgun that many would consider old and reliable due to its fast firing rate, but extreme damage drop-off.

Lever Action Shotgun

A short-range shotgun with a lacking fire rate and a limited magazine size.

Pump Shotgun

A slow-firing shotgun that makes up for it due to its harsh hitting power that can stop enemies in their tracks.

Ranger Shotgun

This shotgun fires a single shot that can easily break shields and the confidence in those facing down its barrel.

8 All Assault Rifles

It's hard not to run into a fight without a trusty Assault Rifles. These weapons will get the job done at any range, and luckily for players, Fortnite Reload has 4 to choose from:

Assault Rifle

The classic Assualt Rifle that has returned from retirement. This weapon uses Medium Bullets.

Hammer AR

A Medium Bullet weapon that has a unique recoil pattern, along with a faster fire rate than most.

Heavy AR

This medium bullet-using AR is pretty accurate, hard-hitting, and slow-firing.

Infantry Rifle

With Medium Bullets, players can wield an accurate semi-automatic AR that provides long-range engagement at the cost of fire rate.

7 All SMGs

Fast-firing weapons that benefit close-range fights, SMGs could potentially outperform a shotgun in the right hands, and there are 3 variants in Fortnite Reload.

Tactical Submachine Gun

An agile Light Bullet guzzler that deals great damage thanks to its fast speed.

A reliable weapon of choice that uses Light Bullets.

Stinger SMG

High rate of fire SMG at the cost of devouring Light Bullets.

As of the release of Fortnite Reload, there is only one form of explosive:

Rocket Launcher

Fire long-range rockets that provide splash damage with the Rockets ammo type.

3 Utility Items

Whilst there are other utility items in Fortnite Reload, the only one that players can use somewhat as a weapon is the mobility item, the Grappler.

Grappler

Grapplers can be used to scale buildings, avoid fall damage, and get away from intense situations, but only have 10 charges.

If players are lucky, they might find a Mythic weapon lying in their pile of loot from chests and floor spawns.

An infinite Chug Jug that can be used constantly.

An extremely rare throwable that can instantly kill enemies.

1 All Heisted Weapons

Heisted weapons return, providing players with Exotic choice, if they are so lucky to find them in random chests, granting them unique benefits.

Breacher Shotgun

A shotgun that is perfect at destroying walls and other forms of cover.

Accelerant Shotgun

This shotgun provides increased movement speed and fire rate with every hit applied to enemies.

Explosive AR

A Medium Bullet Assault Rifle that fires explosive round projectiles.

Blink Mag SMG

Earn Zero Point Dash when using a double jump after reloading.

Run 'N' Gun SMG

Automatic reloads when sprinting, and gives players Slap effects, allowing them to run faster and further.
