An update to the Epic Game Store hints at the leaked Berserker Fortnite skin being released for free as part of a collab with The Elder Scrolls Online. Fortnite is no stranger when it comes to collaborating with other known brands and companies. This game has managed to team up with several renowned franchises and even revolutionize a years-long console feud by bringing together video game characters from rival consoles. Many gamers were shocked to learn that in Fortnite it's possible to see Kratos and Master Chief, iconic characters from opposite platforms, play on the same team.Kratos and Master Chief aren't the only ones who have joined the Fortnite metaverse. There's actually a Gaming Legends rarity for cosmetic items that is only attributed to other video game characters that are added to Fortnite. There are quite a few different video game skins available as part of the Gaming Legends series. Fortnite contains characters from video games such as Goat Simulator, Street Fighter, Horizon Zero Dawn, League of Legends, Destiny, Tomb Raider, Resident Evil, Assassin's Creed, Halo, God of War, The Witcher, Gears of War, Borderlands, Doom, and Dead Space.Yet another character from a different video game will be joining the roster of skins available as part of the Gaming Legends set. A while back, information leaked revealing that a Berserker skin from The Elder Scrolls Online would be coming to Fortnite soon. According to ShiinaBR, a reliable Fortnite streamer, an update made to the Epic Games Store gave away information, and it seems that Elder Scrolls Online will be available for free from July 20 until July 27. Considering the upcoming collaboration between Epic Games and Bethesda, it makes sense for the skin to be available during this time as well, and many also believe that this means the skin will also be given away for free.
At the moment, this is only speculation, but it wouldn't be the first time that Epic Games gave away free Fortnite skins for those who use the Epic Games Launcher. More information will certainly be revealed soon.
