Fortnite: All Spider-Verse Skins

The library of Spider-Man characters in Fortnite only continues to grow. With both heroes and villains receiving the spotlight, who's next?

Ancient Greek mythology is quite extensive, so there are a lot of ideas that might come into play next season, not only as characters on the map but as Battle Pass and Item Shop skins. This article will list some of the characters from ancient Greek myths that should make it into the upcoming Fortnite season.

6 Athena

Goddess of War and Wisdom

Athena would fit right in with the theme of the ancient gods. She is one of the most prominent goddess in Greek mythology and makes an appearance in many importances instances in its history. Nike, goddess of victory, is oftentimes associated with Athena. Both women would make a great addition to Fortnite as they represent some of the most important aspects of the game.

There is a chance that Athena will be added to the game under a different name. The Odyssey NPC was added to a Fortnite skin survey under the name Athena, so it could be that this is a revamped version of the goddess.

5 Hephaestus

God of Fire

Hephaestus is known as the god of many things, namely fire. The Titan Hand that rose out of the ground near Ruined Reels was overcome by magma before it cooled down and turned into rock; it is possible that this hand might've belonged to Hephaestus. It would make sense given the fact that the hand held up Pandora's Box, which was originally created by Hephaestus himself.

These spooky Fortnite skins are perfect for the Halloween season.

It is not uncommon for a season's secret skin to be related to its lore. So, if Hephaestus is indeed added to Fortnite, he could be the Battle Pass secret skin, which players can typically unlock a few weeks into the season.

4 Persephone

Queen of the Underworld

Persephone is one of the most known women in ancient Greek mythology. She is the Queen of the Underworld, married to its ruler, Hades. The second teaser Chapter 5 Season 2 revealed that Hades would be one of the skins available in the next Battle Pass. It is not uncommon for skin counterparts to be released in the Item Shop, and who would look best by Hades's side other than his queen?

It is likely that the upcoming Fortnite season will add some themed named locations. Epic Games could add a Underworld-like POI with both Hades and Persephone as the ruling NPCs.

3 Typhon

The Giant Dragon-like Monster

Zeus is known as the King of the Gods in ancient Greek mythology, so it came as no surprise when he was the first confirmed skin for Chapter 5 Season 2. He was the one who was able to defeat one of the most intimidating mythic creatures, Typhon.

Fortnite: The 12 Scariest Skins In The Game

Fortnite's selection of cosmetics has something for everyone, including terrifying skins fit to star in nightmares.

The upcoming Fortnite shouldn't depict only the strongest gods and heroes but also their mightiest enemies. Typhon was a giant dragon-like creature; a hundred snake heads grew out of his upper body, and his eyes were bright with the flames that burned inside. Although an exact copy of this monster would be impossible for mobility, animal-like skins have been created before so an alternative version would certainly be doable.

2 Poseidon

Ruler of the Seas

Not only would Poseidon, God of the Sea, be a great addition as a skin, he would undeniably bring other mighty elements to the game. Every season, players get to try different Mythic rarity weapons in Fortnite.

If Poseidon made it into the game, his infamous trident would most likely only be a big part of his set, whether as a Mythic weapon or a harvesting tool.

1 Heracles

A Mythic Hero

Heracles, mostly known by his Roman mythology name, Hercules, would definitely be a fan-favorite hero if he made it into Fortnite. There are many depictions of Hercules in modern media, and some of them, such as Disney's Hercules and Kevin Sorbo's Hercules: The Legendary Journeys, have turned into household classics.
