Epic Games released the first-ever Galaxy skin back in 2018, and now there's another new skin to unlock early before it arrives in the Item Shop. However, there's only one way for players to get the new skin for free, and it involves playing Fortnite Battle Royale on a mobile Android device (sorry, console players).

In order to get a chance to earn the Khari (Galaxy Evolved) Outfit in Fortnite, players will need to compete in the Galaxy Cup 3 and score points. The Galaxy Cup kicks off on July 16 and ends on July 17, giving players only a short period of time to participate.

How to Get the Khari Galaxy Skin in Fortnite

The Galaxy Cup 3 is a Solo event, and the only way to gain points is to play Zero Build. The top-performing players this weekend will get the Khari (Galaxy Evolved) skin and Truth's Quiver Back Bling. Players who earn at least eight points will still get a prize: the Galaxy Creation Spray.

For both days of the event, players have only two hours and seven matches to get as many points as they can. Players can check out the event start time by checking the 'Compete' tab in their Fortnite menu.

Getting Galaxy Cup Points

Now, to actually earn Galaxy Cup Points, players just need to place as high as they can during their matches. Surviving as long as possible is key here.

  • Victory Royale: 30 points
  • 2nd: 25 point
  • 3rd: 22 points
  • 4th: 20 points
  • 5th: 19 points
  • 6th: 17 points
  • 7th: 16 points
  • 8th: 15 points
  • 9th: 14 points
  • 10th: 13 points
  • 11th - 15th: 11 points
  • 16th - 20th: 9 points
  • 21st - 25th: 7 points
  • 26th - 30th: 5 points

  • 36th - 40th: 3 points
  • 41st - 50th: 2 points
  • 51st - 75th: 1 point

Each elimination is worth 1 point as well.

In order to participate in The Galaxy Cup 3, Fortnite players will need to make sure that two-factor authentication (2FA) is enabled on their Epic Games account .
