Fortnite has become renowned for its plethora of crossover content with the massively popular battle royale featuring a wide variety of pop culture tie-ins. Epic Games has featured everything from anime like Naruto and TV shows like Stranger Things to collaborating with major musical acts like the Wu-Tang Clan within the shooter. Recently, Epic Games teased the newest anime set to join the game with Dragon Ball Z content being added later this week. Now, recent leaks have confirmed it's not just Dragon Ball Z being featured.

Epic Games' hugely successful battle royale was rumored to be receiving a crossover for over a month after Fortnite dataminers discovered Dragon Ball Z-related assets in early July. Leaks have already suggested characters like Goku, Vegeta, and Beerus will be included with the crossover with rumors swirling around the inclusion of a female character like Bulma. Epic Games officially teased the collab earlier this week with an image of the legendary Shenron posted to the Fortnite Twitter. Now, a Japanese ad has revealed the crossover will also feature Dragon Ball Super.

A video posted by Fortnite leaker HYPEX, credited to a pair of Japanese Fortnite leakers, shows a Japanese ad for Fortnite's upcoming Dragon Ball collaboration, prominently featuring Dragon Ball Super's logo. While the ad does not reveal any content, the inclusion of Super's logo suggests the crossover will pull content from both Dragon Ball Z and its sequel, Super. Beerus notably plays a significant role within Super, acting as the primary antagonist of Super's first arc and a supporting character throughout the series.

Fortnite's newest anime-themed crossover comes fresh off the heels of another major collab event for the game. Epic Games welcomed the return of Fortnite's crossover with Naruto in June with new skins, cosmetics, and Naruto-themed challenges for players to complete within the battle royale. HYPEX has also leaked plenty of future crossovers reportedly planned for Fortnite throughout the next year with more skins based on Arcane planned.

While Fortnite has gained plenty of notoriety in recent years from its variety of crossovers, the game has still seen plenty of new original content to keep fans engaged. Epic Games has regularly changed up the game's map throughout its lifespan, both adding new locations and altering already existing locations like the Temple. Fortnite's competitive seasons have also seen Epic add plenty of new weapons with the recent Chapter 3 Season 3 update adding three new guns. Fortnite's upcoming Dragon Ball Z crossover is already shaping up to be a fan-favorite event.

Fortnite is available now for PC, PS4, PS5, Switch, Xbox One, Xbox Series X/S, and mobile devices.
