Hype is building for a rumored collaboration between Fortnite and Dragon Ball Z. Leakers have spent the past week sharing details regarding what looks to be a massive, seven-week Dragon Ball Z event alongside the release of four new skins. Three of the four skins are believed to be known, with Goku, Vegeta, and the God of Destruction Beerus joining Fortnite. The fourth skin has been a mystery beyond awareness that the character is a woman. A new leak may have confirmed just which Dragon Ball Z character it is, though.Epic Games has gotten increasingly sneaky about leaks over time, and the Dragon Ball Z event is no different. The encrypted skins found in Fortnite's files don't directly reference the names of each Dragon Ball Z character, but can hint at them. For example, Beerus leaked due to a datamined purple skin labeled "Cat." Now the fourth Dragon Ball Z skin has been discovered similarly. It's a woman with the label "Barium." Some are concluding that this means the character is Bulma, due to the "B" and Bulma being a scientist.RELATED: Dragon Ball Z: Incredible Fan Film Features Vegeta as King of the SaiyansTo be clear, the leakers are much less confident in this possibility than they are with Goku, Vegeta, and Beerus. The "Barium" codename is by no means clear, but the leakers are confident that Bulma is the most popular and prominent woman on Dragon Ball Z. It only makes sense for her to be released in the first wave of the Fortnite collaboration.

There's still the possibility of another woman from Dragon Ball Z being featured in this first wave of skins. Epic Games does like to mix things up and spread popular skins between packs, after all. Barium is a metal, which could mean the skin is for one of Dragon Ball Z's popular androids. Android 18 would be the most popular option given her role in the Cell Saga of Dragon Ball Z.

Any number of women from Dragon Ball Z would likely be seen as an excellent pick for a skin, given the popularity of the anime and the crossover of its audience with Fortnite. Caulifla and Kale, Pan, Chi-Chi, Videl, Dr. Brief's wife Bikini, or even the East Kai would be outstanding options in Fortnite.

All speculation aside, if it isn't Bulma, then Fortnite and Dragon Ball Z fans alike will be very surprised. It likely won't be long before the truth is revealed, as leakers believe that the Dragon Ball Z collaboration is going to start within the next 1-2 weeks. Around August 8 in particular is being mentioned, as that's the end of an Epic Games vacation window. Fans can expect a lot more information soon.

Fortnite is available now on PC, PS4, PS5, Switch, Xbox One, Xbox Series X/S, and mobile devices.
