It all kicks off in Chapter 4 of FF7 Rebirth. Once players have completed the parade tutorial, the recruitment drive will begin. Despite the game only requiring players to have five units to get the Junon parade going, the lure of getting all 10 is one that many will find hard to ignore. These 7th Infantry units are spread out across Junon, and players will have to put in plenty of legwork in order to add them to the proceedings. Here's where to start searching:

To the right of Junon Proper Entrance, players can find a unit taking photos next to a cutout of Rufus. Speak to them and help them with a photo, and they will join the parade.
Next, move to the railing on the left and find a group of soldiers looking up at the Junon cannon; speak to them to have them join up.
Now, head to the item shop in the shopping center. Speak to the soldiers, and they will be more than happy to be part of the parade.
For the fourth group, get back to the Barracks and up to the Assembly Room. Locate the soldiers talking to the reporters and add them into the fold.

From there, go up to the top level of the Barracks and near the lockers will be another group that can be part of the fun.
Next, make your way to the Full Arsenal Weapon Shop and go to the bottom floor. There will be a few soldiers next to a large weapon that will join up.
The seventh group is just next door at the Glabiscent Bar. Head inside and work your magic.
Make your way over to the Materia shop that is just next to the green crystal, and speak to the unit within.
For the ninth group, trek over to the Larboard Garrison building at the upper right corner of Junon. Go in and down the stairs to find the Storeroom, and speak to the units in yellow.

Lastly, leave the previous building and head up the stairs to the right of the movie theater. Find the Le Sourire Bar and another group will be just up some stairs.

Successfully recruiting all 10 7th Infantry units will reward players with the 7th Assemble! Trophy and players can continue their progress in the region for both the main story and other side quests.
