1 Celestriad
MP is one of the most valuable stats for any party member, with each magical ability taking away a bit of this mana pool. Generally, most of the powerful magic in the game cost a ton of MP and can't be used more than a few times, especially given how expensive MP recovery items are.
All of this is trivialized with the Celestriad, which reduces the cost of all magical powers in the game (including summons) to a meager 1 MP. Coupling this Relic with the Soul of Thamasa will turn the lucky character into a magic-wielding freak of nature.
