Final Fantasy 16 is an action-oriented game that makes full use of the power of PlayStation's next-gen console. Square Enix's latest title checks all the boxes that players want in a combat-focused game. Final Fantasy 16 also looks visually stunning. As players take control of Clive Rosfield, they will explore Valisthea. Even when they are not doing the main quests, players can enjoy exploring the area and seeing what secrets it holds.
On his journey, Clive will encounter all kinds of foes, ranging from measly goblins to big Morbols. In order to defeat the enemies, players will have to formulate different strategies. Using the same move over and over again is not only boring, but unwise. Fortunately, players will have access to many abilities that improve Clive's arsenal. Some of these abilities are available from the get-go, while others need to be manually unlocked by using Ability Points. One of the cool combination moves in Final Fantasy 16 is the Magic Burst.
How To Use Magic Burst
Players will have the opportunity to use Magic Burst very early in the game, as it does not have to be unlocked. To use Magic Burst, Final Fantasy 16 players will need to attack an enemy by pressing the Square button and immediately follow it up by tapping the Triangle button. This results in Clive launching a magicked explosion at the target. The attack does a solid amount of damage, especially against small fry. Furthermore, it is effective for lowering the Will Gauge of strong enemies.
While it sounds simple, it might take some time for players to get used to using Magic Burst, as pressing the wrong button can end the chain and cause the move to fail. Thankfully, players will go through a training session at the beginning of the game, where they will learn about the basic controls. Players need to pay extra attention during the first chapter. Skipping over any of the basics can cause problems against powerful foes later in the game.
