How to unlock the Fashion Report in Final Fantasy 14

The Fashion Report is a feature linked to the Gold Saucer, so the place must be unlocked first to discover the feature. It can be done by speaking to the Well-heeled Youth in Ul’dah, near the Sunsilk Tapestries on the south of the main Aetheryte. It's a short quest most of players will likely complete early in their journey.

Once the quest is completed, players will notice several blue quests in the area, including the one for Fashion Reports. It's called “Passion for Fashion” and can be picked up by speaking to Lewena (at X: 5, Y: 6), as soon as players reach Level 15 in combat. The sidequest can be completed pretty fast, simply by speaking to the NPC. Then, players will be able to submit Fashion Reports for Gold Saucer points.

How to win the Fashion Report in Final Fantasy 14

Players can complete weekly Fashion Reports, which reset every Tuesday at 2am CT. Players can submit them by speaking to the Masked Rose in the Gold Saucer, at X: 7.2, Y: 7.4.
