According to many people, the Manager Mode in the game is the best thing about FIFA. For those people, it is always important to keep an eye on the biggest young talent in the world of football. These young players have high potential, and in a few seasons, they will drastically improve the team. Some of these high-potential players are expensive, but they are worth the investment. The list has been updated with the players with the highest potential in FIFA 23.

15 Jamal Musiala (Potential 90)

Jamal Musiala is the talisman for German giants, Bayern Munich. It took him time to nail down a place in the starting lineup, but even in his limited minutes, he managed to show his skills. In FIFA 23, Musiala's rating is 81, and it can go as high as 90.

He is a talented dribbler, and his awareness on the pitch is on the same level as the senior players. Musiala already has 15 goal involvements in the league, and if he continues this form, his rating in the next edition of the game will definitely be higher.

14 Fati (Potential 90)

Ansu Fati broke into Barcelona's first team a few seasons ago. It seemed that Fati would be the one to fill the void created by Messi's departure. At first, everything was clicking for Fati; his finishing and burst of pace made him unstoppable.

Unfortunately, he suffered several injuries, which slowed his development. In the 22/23 season, Fati's game time has been limited, but he will definitely bounce back. In the latest edition of FIFA, Fati starts with a rating of 79, and he has a potential of 90.

13 Felix (Potential 90)

Joao Felix is one of the most sought-after players in the world. He secured a big-money move to Atletico Madrid, but injuries have limited his time on the pitch. FIFA has given him a rating of 84 and a potential of 90.

In the winter transfer window, Felix joined Chelsea on loan. Whenever he has played, Felix has easily been one of the better players for his team. Needless to say, he will be crucial to Chelsea's chances of finishing in the top six this season.

12 Leao (Potential 90)

Leao is the star of an exciting AC Milan team. He is an outstanding player who helped the club win its first league title after almost a decade. Leao also had a decent World Cup, and he was among the few Portuguese players who could be proud of their contributions.

In the 22/23 season, Leao has already racked up 8 goals and 5 assists, which is rather impressive considering the fact that AC Milan is far from their best. Leao is rated 84, and his maximum potential is 90.

11 Sandro Tonali (Potential 90)

Another gem in the title-winning AC Milan side, Sandro Tonali is among the best young midfielders in the world. With his intelligent passing and ability to break up play, he has become a key player for Stefano Pioli's team.

Tonali's game has kept improving with every passing year, and it won't be surprising if one of the richer clubs makes a swoop for him in the next season. In FIFA23, Tonali is rated 84, and his potential is 90.

10 Bellingham (Potential 91)

Jude Bellingham is undoubtedly the hottest prospect in the Bundesliga. The midfielder signed for Borussia Dortmund back in 2020 from Birmingham City. At the time, it seemed bizarre for a top club like Dortmund to swoop in for a youngster, but his performances have proved that he was worth every cent.

Despite only being 19 years old, Bellingham has demonstrated that he can carry a struggling team on his shoulders, which is a rare trait. Bellingham has a bright future ahead of him and if he chooses the right club, he could end up becoming one of the greatest midfielders of all time. In FIFA 23, Bellingham has a rating of 84, and he can go all the way up to 91.

9 Vlahovic (Potential 91)

Vlahivic signed for Italian Giants Juventus in January 2022. The club wasted no time in signing him up after an impressive season with Fiorentina. Vlahovic finished the 21/22 season with 24 goals, and it seemed that he would only improve in the next seasons.

Vlahovic's growth has been stunted by Juventus's poor form. However, he has not stopped scoring and so far, he has scored four goals in six games. Vlahovic's FIFA 23 rating is 84, and he has a potential of 91.

8 Havertz (Potential 91)

Havertz arrived at Chelsea with a lot of promise. When he left the Bundesliga, he was considered one of the most promising talents in the world, but sadly, his time at his new club has been rather underwhelming.

There is no doubt that Havertz has the talent to succeed, and with Chelsea getting a new manager, Havertz might rediscover his old form again. 7 Wirtz (Potential 91)

Wirtz is the newest talent to come out of Bayer 04 Leverkusen. Florian Wirtz managed to break into the first team in the 20/21 season, where he scored 8 goals and assisted a further 8.

Wirtz continued his great form into the 21/22 season, but unfortunately, he suffered a very serious injury. While he has not played in the 22/23 season, EA has decided not to overlook his previous performances. Wirtz is rated 82 in FIFA 23, and he has a potential of 91.

6 Donnarumma (Potential 92)

After his heroics in the 2020 UEFA European Football Championship, Donnarumma cemented his position as one of the best goalkeepers in the world. His elite performances attracted the attention of many of Europe's top teams, and eventually, he ended up signing for PSG.

Donnarumma's first two seasons with his new club haven't been impressive, which has resulted in his card being downgraded by one point in FIFA 23. His new rating is 88, and he can go as high as 92 in the Manager Mode.

5 Vinicius Jr. (Potential 92)

In FIFA 23, Vinicius has a rating of 86, which is satisfactory, but his potential is just 92, which is rather shocking considering inferior players have a higher potential.

4 Foden (Potential 92)

Foden is the English player with the highest potential in the game. Over the years, Foden has become a starter for Manchester City, which is a huge achievement as Pep Guardiola likes to rotate his team a lot.

Due to his high technical quality, Foden's quality isn't affected by the change of positions, and this makes him a prized asset. Foden's FIFA 23 rating is 85, and his potential is 92.

Haaland has been performing at the highest level for several years, which is why EA has given him a rating of 88, and a potential of 94.

1 Mbappe (Potential 95)

The player with the highest potential in the game is PSG's Kylian Mbappe. Since signing from AS Monaco, Mbappe has played a hand in 269 goals in 226 appearances for PSG.

Mbappe has won every possible trophy save for the UEFA Champions League, which he will be hoping to win this year. Mbappe is one of the highest-rated strikers in the game with a rating of 91, and he can reach a rating of 95.
