Final Fantasy 7 Rebirth is far from an easy game. In fact, even if you are playing on the lowest difficulty, there is a good chance that you will replay several boss fights. Players will get a taste of a strong boss in Grasslands when they undertake the Where the Wind Blows side quest.

In this particular side quest, players will need to help out Mildred by crafting the Windmill Gear, but for that, they have to gather a few items first. They will have to find two pieces of Iron Ore, one piece of Lea Titanium, five Beast Bones, and a Quetzalcoatl Talon. The first three ingredients are easy to find, but the Quetzalcoatl Talon is a different story. This guide will cover exactly where players can find the Quetzalcoatl Talon in Final Fantasy 7 Rebirth.

Where to Find Quetzalcoatl Talon in Final Fantasy 7 Rebirth

Final Fantasy 7 Rebirth: Quetzalcoatl Talon Location

To get the Quetzalcoatl Talcon, players will have to find and defeat a Quetzalcoatl, which is a Classified Intel Combat encounter. Once you have found and completed four life springs in Grasslands, the location of the Quetzalcoatl will appear on the map automatically.

The next course of action is to head toward the Quetzalcoatl's location and engage it in a fight. Be warned, the Quetzalcoatl is a difficult opponent, and it won't be easy to take it down, especially if you're underleveled. When you reach the area, press and hold the Triangle button to start the fight.

The Quetzalcoatl is weak to ice, so use ice-type spells and materia to bring it down. Make sure you are dodging the Quetzalcoatl's attacks, as they can wipe a chunk of your HP in next to no time. Try to use the Blizzard spell as frequently as possible to build up pressure and stagger the Quetzalcoatl.

While it's staggered, the beast will take a lot more damage, so use Synergy Abilities, Summons, and Limit. After using all of your strongest attacks, the Quetzalcoatl should be beaten, and it will drop the Quetzalcoatl Talon.

Players can fight the Quetzalcoatl multiple times in Final Fantasy 7 Rebirth .
