Final Fantasy 7 Rebirth is a massive game with hours' worth of content. This can be troubling for people who might not have that much time on their hands. So they will try everything in their power to get through the story as quickly as possible.

The first chapter of Final Fantasy 7 Rebirth takes players to Nibelheim. The chapter can feel long with its exploration and fights. However, there is a way to skip chapter 1 to some extent. In this guide, players will learn how they can do so.

How To Skip Chapter 1 Nibelheim In Final Fantasy 7 Rebirth

While it is possible to skip some segments in the first chapter of the game, there is a condition that players need to meet at all costs. They will have to complete the Nibelheim part in the Final Fantasy 7 Rebirth demo, which came out several days prior to the game's release. If you leave the demo halfway through, you will only get the Kupo Charm and Survival Set. These items provide the following bonus:

Open the game and go to the main menu
Go to Bonuses
Select Check Saved Data
Next, the game will inform you of the bonuses that you have gained and the ability to skip Chapter 1
Start a new game and keep playing till you get the option to skip Nibelheim

You do not have to complete the Junon segment of the demo to be able to skip the Nibelheim portion of Final Fantasy 7 Rebirth .

One thing to keep in mind is that you won't be able to skip Chapter 1 entirely. Only the climb and the reactor portions are removed. You will have to play the part when Sephiroth attacks.
