The first location of the Cosmo Canyon Protorelic is marked on the map by default. So, players just need to head to the location and participate in Gears and Gambits. As this will be the first time that players will participate in Gears and Gambits, Chadley will explain how the mini-game works.

For Gears and Gambits 1, use the loadout made by Chadley. Remember, the goal is to take down the big enemy in the arena.

When it comes to completing Gears and Gambits 2, players don't need to make any changes to their strategy in the first challenge. Use Chadley's loadout, and you should be good to go.

After adding more gambits and actions, players should try to have at least one lane filled with three robots. This will expedite the process of taking down enemies. If there are pawns being spawned in other lanes, summon a robot that they are weak against. Once the lane is empty, deploy robots that are strong against King Flan. With this strategy, the boss will go down in no time.

Gears and Gambits 4 Location

Gears and Gambits 4 can be accessed by using Gliding Range 21. This will take players to the elevator, which leads to Gears and Gambits 4.

Before starting the mini-game, make sure that Cloud is all healed up.

The loadout for Gears and Gambits 4 is different from the rest. Players will need to make full use of the Advanced Action Condition, which will increase their damage output. The rest of the strategy is the same; keep hitting King Flan repeatedly until you clear the challenge. The video above shows how players can clear Gears and Gambits 4 effortlessly.
