The Echoes of the Fallen expansion may be a little light when it comes to new gear, but the equipment that it does introduce is well worth the price of admission. In addition to Cloud's Buster Sword, which serves as a free reward for anyone who purchases the DLC, Final Fantasy 16 players can get their hands on some of the best weapons and accessories in the game.

Final Fantasy 16: How to Start the Echoes of the Fallen DLC
Players will need to have met a few fairly simple requirements before they can start the Echoes of the Fallen DLC in Final Fantasy 16.

Final Fantasy 16 players will acquire most of the new gear in Echoes of the Fallen automatically as they make their way through the expansion, but there are one of two items that they'll need to keep an eye out for while making their way to the top of the Sagespire.
