Final Fantasy 16's Do No Harm side quest becomes available during the Bolts from the Blue main quest, but only after Clive has first completed the Getting to Work sub-objective. Once this has been done, he is free to begin the Do No Harm side quest by finding and interacting with the quest-giver.

Upon completing the Getting to Work sub-objective, Clive can begin the Do No Harm side quest by speaking with Rodrigue, Physicker, an NPC who can be found in The Infirmary area of The Hideaway. Interacting with Rodrigue, he will explain that he is scheduled to perform surgery to remove the brand from a patient's face but is worried about what might happen if he fails.

Hoping to make the operation more bearable for the person receiving it, he asks Clive to gather some Errmonea, the leaves of which possess pain-relieving properties.

After accepting the quest, Clive should fast-travel to Hawk's Cry Cliff, just west of The Hideaway, and head north. On the way, he will encounter some Level 28 Agitated Hornets and some Level 28 Riled Raptors, but they are pretty easy to deal with, especially if players have unlocked the Flames of Rebirth ability. Once these foes have been dealt with, Clive should continue heading north until he can't anymore.

Traveling back to The Infirmary, Clive can interact with Rodrigue to give him the Errmonea Leaves he collected. Upon handing them over, Rodrigue will thank him for his assistance before noting that three Errmonea Leaves will likely make the surgery he plans to perform completely painless for the patient undergoing it. Though he still seems nervous about the operation, Clive assures him that there is nothing to worry about, as he believes Rodrigue is more than capable of performing the procedure without incident.

Regaining his confidence, Rodrigue will thank Clive for his kind words and reward him with 40 Sharp Fangs and 40 Steelsilk, both of which can be used to craft and upgrade gear.

Final Fantasy 16 is available exclusively for PlayStation 5.
