You are going to find a lot of junk loot in the Wasteland, but not everything needs to be thrown away. Giddyup Buttercup, for one, is a highly valuable junk item in Fallout Shelter. Due to its legendary rarity, most players wonder what to do with it. Well, do not just sell it away for extra Caps. The mechanical toy horse is an important crafting material for end-game gear. Hold on to any Giddyup Buttercups you find on your journey because they are going to be very useful later on.

How To Use Giddyup Buttercup In Fallout Shelter

Fallout Shelter - Legendary Gear

Giddyup Buttercup is used as a crafting material for several legendary weapons and outfits in Fallout Shelter. It is an important resource for completing high-level quests and defending your vault against difficult enemies.

Do not sell any Giddup Buttercups you find while exploring the Wasteland in Fallout Shelter . They are rare drops. You will have a hard time gearing up your dwellers in the late game without them.

Firstly, there are at least two legendary weapons that you want to farm Giddyup Buttercups for. These are the Burnmaster flamethrower and the Vengeance gatling laser. Both are hailed as the best weapons in Fallout Shelter. The Vengeance in particular deals one of the highest damage in the game.

Secondly, you need Giddyup Buttercups to craft the best armor in Fallout Shelter. That includes the iconic Power Armor Sets such as the T-45f and T-60f variants.

Note that you always have a chance to get a legendary Power Armor or weapon from a Lunchbox, the Wasteland, or as a quest reward. Crafting them through the weapon and outfit factories, however, is always faster when you have to gear up multiple dwellers.

Make sure to upgrade your factories to increase their production speed.

Where To Find Giddyup Buttercup In Fallout Shelter

Fallout Shelter - Deleting Vault Rooms

The best and easiest way to farm Giddyup Buttercups in Fallout Shelter is by exploring the Wasteland. The longer dwellers explore, the higher the chance of finding some valuable resources. Give them lots of RadAways and Stimpacks to help them get back in one piece.

Questing is another excellent source for Giddyup Buttercups, particularly daily quests. There are several quests with great rewards in Fallout Shelter. In addition, there is a chance to randomly find loot while questing just as you do while exploring the Wasteland.

Giddyup Buttercups cannot be crafted or made in Fallout Shelter .

Lunchboxes have a chance to give you valuable resources as well, which can include Giddyup Buttercups. You can buy more Lunchboxes with real-world money to boost your chances.

The last way of getting Giddyup Buttercups is scrapping weapons and outfits for crafting materials. You will need to scrap legendary items to get legendary materials, though. This should be a last resort. You will normally want to give legendary items to your dwellers, but if everyone is fully geared, you can start recycling unwanted items.
