The Secret Treasure of Skyline Valley is a hidden item in Fallout 76, and here is where you can find it.

The Skyline Valley update brought in new enemies, new events, and a whole new map region for players to explore. This new area also has a fair few strange things that players can stumble across. As players make their way through the Skyline Valley region, there's a chance that they will come across a strange and mysterious electrician. This encounter is really odd, and it leaves players with a lot of unanswered questions.

Where To Find The Electrician In Fallout 76

Triggering A Random Encounter

Skyline Valley Map

There are several locations that have the chance to trigger this particular random encounter. As the player passes through one of the random encounter trigger locations, provided nobody has been there recently, one of the following encounters should trigger:

  • The Electrician Vs. Blood Eagles
  • The Lost Vs. Yao Guai
  • Super Mutants Vs. Yao Guai

Each of these encounters is interesting, but if you are solely looking for the Electrician, then you may need to server-hop a few times in order to find him. The image at the start of this entry has all the known possible trigger locations marked on the map.

What Does The Electrician Do?

He Goes Out With A Bang

The Electrician Close Up in Fallout 76

There are several ways an encounter with the Electrician can go down. While there isn't much background information about the Electrician (he doesn't speak), it looks like he's some sort of superhero.

When this encounter is triggered, this mysterious Electrician will attempt to take on a group of Blood Eagles. As mentioned, there are several ways this encounter can play out:

  • The Electrician Defeats The Blood Eagles
  • The Blood Eagles Defeat The Electrician
  • The Player Helps The Electrician
  • The Player Kills The Electrician

There isn't any unique dialogue for this encounter. The only real bizarre thing is that the Electrician disappears in a lightning flash if he survives the encounter with the Blood Eagles.

Should the player decide to kill the Electrician, he won't return fire — he will just die. His body can be looted, but he doesn't have anything of note on him. It's an interesting encounter to sit back and watch from afar. Perhaps there's more to this encounter that hasn't yet been discovered, but it's definitely a memorable experience.
