Some of the new rewards are given to players for following the main questline, while others are given at random for completing events inside Skyline Valley.

Fallout 76: Neurological Warfare Event Guide
Here's all the information you need to know about the Neurological Warfare event in Fallout 76's Skyline Valley expansion.
Storm Goliaths are giant, formidable robots that players need to take down during the Neurological Warfare event. Being able to place miniature versions of these enormous enemies makes these robots slightly less menacing. Players have a chance to be awarded the plan to craft miniature Storm Goliaths for completing the event Neurological Warfare.
8 Goliath Braincase Display
A Cool CAMP Item
- A Neurological Warfare Reward
There are several Goliath body parts that players can build at their CAMP. But the Goliath Braincase is by far the coolest piece. As the name suggests, players can craft their very own Goliath head and brain and display it for all to see.
The plan to craft this can be obtained by completing Neurological Warfare. While there's no guarantee that the player will receive this reward, they can purchase the plan from other players. Players can also learn to craft a Storm Goliath Leg Display and Claw Display.
7 Goliath Braincase Throne
Another Storm Goliath Reward
- A Neurological Warfare Reward
Storm Goliath-based rewards are very popular. The Goliath Braincase is a chair made out of a hollowed-out Goliath Braincase. It's one of the more interesting seating options in Fallout 76. The Goliath Braincase Throne is one of the possible rewards players can get for completing Neurological Warfare.
It's a great CAMP item for those who are interested in building a Skyline Valley themed base. This chair goes perfectly with all of the other Storm Goliath CAMP items that players can craft.
6 Shenandoah Map Table
A Bird's-Eye View Of Skyline Valley
- A Neurological Warfare Reward
The Shenandoah Map Table is a 3d interactive map that shows players all of the important structures in the Skyline Valley region. Players can get the plan to craft this CAMP item by completing Neurological Warfare.
When activated, the Shenandoah Map Table will highlight each key structure in the region. It's a fun CAMP item that the developers have put lots of effort into creating. This item looks great as a part of a Skyline Valley-inspired CAMP build. It will also look good alongside some of the other tabletop items from previous seasons.
5 Thrasher Plushie Backpack
A Unique Backpack Skin
- A Neurological Warfare Reward
There are lots of design options that players can apply to their backpacks. From the strange to the practical, there's something to suit all tastes. The Thrasher Plushie Backpack skin is a funny-looking backpack plushie. Similar to several other items on this list, the Thrasher Plushie Backpack skin can be obtained by completing Neurological Warfare.
Thrashers are a new enemy type in Fallout 76. And just like lots of other creatures in the game, Bethesda enjoys releasing plushie items that resemble in-game creatures. There's also a Thrasher hat that players can unlock and craft to go alongside the backpack.
4 Moe the Mole Safety Cutout
Take Some Wacky Photos
- A Dangerous Pastimes Reward
Moe The Mole has been in Fallout 76 long before the Skyline Valley region was added to the game. Moe The Mole is a character that was used to educate children on outdoor safety. Today, Moe The Mole lives on as an ironic reminder of the importance of keeping safe outdoors.
Players have a chance to receive the plan for this CAMP item upon completing the Dangerous Pastimes event. For players who won't have the plan to craft one of their own, a Moe The Mole Safety Cutout can be found south of South River Bridge.
3 Vault 63 Hazmat Suit
A Unique Looking Piece
- A Reward For Completing The Quest Gathering Clouds
There are lots of hazmat suits in Fallout 76. From the Swamp Camo Hazmat suit to Chinese Stealth Armor, there are many different types for players to choose from. The Vault 63 Hazmat suit has a unique look to it. The blue color scheme and long visor helmet make other hazmat suit styles look relatively boring.
The plan to craft the Vault 63 Hazmat Suit can be obtained by completing the quest Gathering Clouds. Not only does this hazmat suit look pretty cool when worn, but it can also be placed on mannequins at the player's base.
2 The Red Terror
A Light Machine Gun Variant
- A Dangerous Pastimes Reward
The Red Terror is a light machine gun variant with a unique paint job and double the ammo capacity of a regular light machine gun. Players have a chance to receive this weapon upon completing the public event Dangerous Pastimes. The weapon comes with three permanent legendary effects:
- Furious: Does More Damage With Each Consecutive Shot
- Last Shot: The Last Round Has A 25% Chance Of Doing Double Damage
- Swift: Reloads 15% Faster

Fallout 76: Dangerous Pastimes Event Guide
Players are in for many rewards after successfully completing the Dangerous Pastimes event.
While the Last Shot effect isn't particularly useful, the other two effects work very well together. This is a great weapon for mid-level players who are looking for something that will cut down enemies fairly quickly.
1 V63-BERTHA
A Powerful Tesla Rifle Variant
- A Dangerous Pastimes Reward
Tesla Rifles are powerful weapons. However, their somewhat limited ammo capacity restricts the weapon's capability. The V63-BERTHA is a Tesla Rifle with double the ammo capacity. It also has fairly decent legendary effects:
- Two Shot: Fires Two Bullets
- Rapid: Fires 25% Faster
- Swift: Reloads 15% Faster
This weapon can be awarded to players who complete the Dangerous Pastimes event. It's a very useful weapon that can be used during events like Radiation Rumble to maximize the amount of XP the player earns.
