Fallout 4 has received a next-gen update alongside the release of the Fallout TV show. This update has added new performance/visual fidelity modes and some new bugs. It also added a few new quests that were previously only available in the Creation Club.

The new Speak of the Devil quest adds the Enclave X-02 Power Armor from Fallout 3. This quest makes you track down a mysterious black suit of Enclave Power Armor being used by a vigilante. After you have restarted the Enclave Radio signal, you are tasked with finding the armor underneath the Boston Police Rationing Site. Here is how you can get inside the building if you are stuck.

Boston Police Rationing Site Location

The Boston Police Rationing Site is a small building directly to the south of Diamond City. It existed before the update, but now has a new area underneath it.

Break Into the Boston Police Rationing Site

There is a door on the side of the building, but it's barred from the other side. Head to the south side of the building towards the train tracks. Use the container on the ground to jump up onto the blue train car. Jump from the train car onto the side of the building. Walk around the edge and carefully jump off the wood planks to another container. Jump once more to the container held up by the construction vehicle. From there, you can enter the building by dropping down some more containers.

You can then open the door from the inside. There is also a button on the wall to open the large garage door. Some molerats may spawn and attack you in the building. Grab the set of four fusion cores from the yellow container next to the terminal. Enter the door leading downwards to reach the hidden utility tunnels underneath the site.

Complete Speak of the Devil

As you work your way down the tunnel there will be more molerats. Shoot the floor, and you'll light the hallway on fire as gas is all over the tunnel. Activate the radio to complete the quest and open up the room with the X-02 Power Armor.

Read the terminal to learn of the Devil's fate. You then have a choice to leave the Enclave Radio signal up or shut it down permanently. Shutting it down will unlock the reward safe behind the Power Armor. The safe contains the X-02 Devil's Inferno torso mod for the armor. This mod acts similar to the Tesla mod for other Power Armors.
