The Create a Team feature in F1 Manager 2024 ensures players can craft the perfect team to work together, whether the goal is just to qualify for each race or to come out on top. There is also a host of vehicle customization options that players can spend hours tinkering with. On top of that, players also have the option to identify and build a sponsorship package to keep a steady cash flow coming, all alongside the standard features of the franchise.

New Features in F1 Manager 24

Perhaps the most exciting F1 Manager 2024 feature is Create a Team. This will allow players to fine-tune every aspect of their staff team and vehicles. They will have the chance to design stunning liveries, customize the team logo, and even stylize racer helmets and outfits until they are perfect. It's up to players whether they'll show up to the races with a real-world team or a fantasy set-up, allowing players to tell their own story.

Throughout the races, players can take control of the vehicle or even just simulate the race to get through the season as quickly as possible. For those who want to watch the races go down, there are several camera modes, whether players want to view the action from the cockpit or a heli-cam up high. The choices are numerous, ensuring there's a perfect perspective for everyone.

Pre-Order Bonuses and Deluxe Edition Features

F1 Manager 2024 will be available on PC, PS4, PS5, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X/S. Those who pre-order will receive 10% off the Deluxe Edition retail price in addition to a F1 2024 show car preset. Players who spring for the Deluxe Edition will receive 5 history-inspired livery patterns for Create a Team as well as 5 Race Replay scenarios.

The retail price for the Standard Edition is $34.99 and the Deluxe Edition is $44.99.

When Things Go Wrong in F1 Manager 2024

Because of F1 Manager 2024's emphasis on realism, there are several unpredictable mishaps that can heavily affect performance. Mechanical failures can occur at any point during a race, with the exact severity ultimately depending how badly players are hit. Some mechanical failures can be fixed post-session, while others can be mitigated by avoiding high-risk curbs and lowering temperatures. Players aren't the only ones to suffer from mechanical failures, though, as they can strike rivals as well.

F1 Manager 2024 players will also have to pay attention to the mood of all the staff members via the Mentality System. The mood of each staff member is affected by several factors, including their own performance, their opinion of how well players are doing as their boss, and whether a driver's vehicle has the edge over other racers.

Driver Affiliates in F1 Manager 2024

F1 Manager 2024 will give players a chance to scout future talent to eventually bring them onto their F1 team. Affiliates will look for seats to compete in F3 and F2. When the time is right, players will have the chance to call them up to the FP1 sessions.
