After several delays brought on by the pandemic, Marvel Studios' Eternals has finally arrived. The film will be introducing the titular Marvel superheroes into the MCU, but fans who got to see an early screening of Eternals received another treat.

Eternals has been having private screenings over the past few weeks, but it hasn't stopped the critics from sharing their opinions. So far, Eternals has been met with mixed reviews, to say the least, but it's not the final verdict until it releases to the world this weekend.

Fans who actually got to see the early screenings were given a poster from Matt Ferguson, which Marvel has displayed online. The Eternals poster shows all ten of the super-powered alien heroes standing together. The design looks really intricate and well done, so the fans who were lucky to get it were definitely in for a nice surprise. As far as what it hints at, it's very hard to say. The background looks empty and desolate, so there's a potential it represents how they've been around for a while despite the catastrophes, world wars, and massive social dilemmas humanity has been through.

The film is introducing not just one or two but ten superheroes into the world of Marvel. The Eternals have been in hiding thanks to their creators, the Celestials, as they're not allowed to interfere with any human conflict unless it involves a Deviant. However, this doesn't mean they enjoyed it or even followed the rules, as fans will get to see when Eternals releases this week.

Eternals also has a post-credits scene that was spoiled. Hopefully, nobody is aware of what it is because it doesn't make the creators or talent too happy when the secrets get leaked. In this current era of technology, it's very challenging for creators to keep things secret from everybody.

Hopefully, all of this waiting for Eternals will be worth it for fans. It'd be nice if fans can go into this fresh experience and enjoy Eternals more than critics. Marvel movies have typically done well, so let's see if this movie can keep the money machine going when it releases this weekend.

Eternals will be released in theaters on November 5, 2021.
