How to Get Ectoplasm Fragments in Enshrouded
Ectoplasm Fragments are an important resource in Enshrouded that can be used to craft several essential items in the game. Players first come across this item while completing the "Explore the Hollow Halls" quest given by the Alchemist. Unlike most resources introduced in the update, Ectoplasm Fragments are not easy to come by.
You can get these fragments by defeating Hollow enemies lurking in the Hollow Halls. Focus on defeating the stronger skeletons, as they drop more Ectoplasm Fragments and other valuable loot items. Smaller skeletons, on the other hand, only drop a few bones. Keep in mind that you'll only get a small amount of Ectoplasm Fragments from each skeleton, so you'll need to defeat several of them to collect enough of this substance.
Alternatively, you can mine for Ectoplasm Fragments using a pickaxe. As you explore the dungeons of Hollow Halls, keep an eye out for glowing green crystals among the stacks of bones. The higher your character's Mason skills, the more quickly you’ll be able to collect these fragments.
How to Use Ectoplasm Fragments in Enshrouded
Ectoplasm Fragments are a crucial resource in Enshrouded, as they are required to make Bone Keys. These keys unlock new areas and dungeons in the game, like Revelwood Halls and Nomad Highlands. It’s also an ingredient for the Ectoplasm Gems, essential for crafting various items. Furthermore, after unlocking the Collector, you can convert these fragments into a liquid called Ectoplasm using the Ectoplasm Press.
Once you have Ectoplasm, you can use it to craft Ectoplasm Soup, which can significantly increase your damage. Here are the ingredients you’ll need to make this soup:
