Skyrim has been around long enough that players have made mods for just about everything they want to do in the game, including turning dragons into Thomas the Tank Engine and even allowing players to adopt cats in Skyrim. But one glitch that's never been turned into a mod is now in Skyrim: giants have been seen riding dragons.
The dragons in Skyrim are some of the most dangerous and difficult enemies in the game, and the sight of them can be pretty scary when they fly into view. But several viewers on Reddit and other websites have found their recent views of dragons to be rather comical. Without any mods, it looks like the giants of Skyrim have learned some amazing balancing acts.
Players have been capturing videos and screenshots of giants standing on dragons as they fly around the northernmost parts of the Skyrim map that is so massive, it needs an app to get around. They have been seen standing on the tails, backs, and necks of these massive flying creatures, catching a ride to where ever the dragon happens to be heading.
Skyrim giants, which were designed to look like the creator's dad, are very tall humanoids ranging from about 1o to 11 feet tall. They aren't very friendly with humans in the world of The Elder Scrolls. But they seem to have made some close friendships with the dragons at least, as can be seen in this very strange video:
There are several of these videos on YouTube and on Reddit of Skyrim giants riding around on dragons like they are taking a walk in the park.
This humorous glitch seems to appear no matter what kind of mods a player is using, so it appears to be part of the game itself. Most of them appear in the northern regions where the giants live, giving these super tall humanoids a chance to play Dovahkiin. It's the newest Skyrim dragon meme that has made for some hilarious screenshots.
